Healthy Dinner can be made in as little as 20 minutes Start with 1 ingredient foods ie Real Food. Forget about fussing about inane details. Almost everyone in 50s, 60s, 70s were slim. There was little fast food compared to today. Health is YOUR responsibility and your greatest asset.
