It's a shame that the 8-bit version doesn't have Marble Zone. I mean, the level wasn't that bad if you know it, and the unused music sounds great too. Nice Video
I vividly remembered those birds in the tree in Sky High when I was a kid, but I could never recreate it for the longest time, so I concluded it was just a false memory until I started seeing it in videos.
I think there is a speed shoes powerup in Aqua Lake act 2 which changes the music and doesn't actually make Sonic faster. But only in the Master System version.

In the Mobile port of Sonic 1 SMS, Marble Zone is a playable level, with its boss from the 16 bit version.
To be fair, that mobile port is fan-made.
That Sky Base Zone flicker whenever the lightning strikes is giving me a headache, and I’m not one who suffers from epilepsy either.
Looks adorable and the music 🎶! Wow!

5:03 This looks similar to Bridge Island. I wonder if that was the inspiration 🤔

Oooh yes! Sonic beta content! This one’s gonna be good 😁😊
I'm glad that creative Araya made the remake
I played both of his 8-bit remakes
I see a Batbrain on 8-bits as 16 Bits in Sega Genesis.
Another awesome video :)
thank you man! ^_-
Good video but that AI voice is painful to listen to
