These Ocala homes seem to rarely have entryways when you walk in. They open right in rooms. Why are they building new homes without some sort of entry seperation?
Property taxes very high, after 5 years our property went up almost 10 thousand dollars, we have to sell and move out the Fl. The Fl government increased taxes every years
This state very beautiful outdoor, has low priced on the gasoline, property taxes very low on 3000s sqft less than 2k, the utilities very low cost n the water bill too, grocery less prices than FL. I don’t have to pay the tolls traffic anymore, less stress on the traffic, no more the heavy rain n hurricane. My house n the auto insurance very low, I don’t have to pay flood n the hurricane insurance, I saved so much money every month. They’re excellent school n college than in the Fl. The most very important is healthy, my family health insurance more coverage n less pay then in Fl. My wife n I had paid more salaries than Fl. They’re built new homes very beautiful n low prices, in Fl very expensive new homes n the builder built house very ugly n boring inside very cheap stuff. I thank you God so much every day that he has showed me n my family to the beautiful places for environmental n safe
Hi I love this house, for sure I would like it to be with gas too? For the stove !!! And I have no problem , the corner lot will be good for me, but just like this one❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
The sink in the kitchen should be under the window and all the bathrooms should be on exterior walls and have a window, The master bath looks like a cave!!! I would also like a formal living room separate from the family room. Family rooms are for watching TV, putting your feet up and being comfortable eating snacks.

Who designed the interior of these houses a 12th grader. Why not put the sink by the window? Why is that thing hanging down so low. You are going to hit your head on it every day. No windows in the bathroom. In 2024 the house is wired with Cat 5 that's ridiculous.

I really like this house. You got me thinking. I like this presentation too, which I won't get specific about.🎉 Definitely 9'4" ceilings. If they go higher, I would. Love the garage. The extra ground is a plus for those like me who has never lived in a development. Even the driveway was very nice. Plus, the build time is impressive. Any option to add square footage? Well done. 🎉

Hey I’m the newest subscriber to your channel hun! I love your energy! You also have really good camera presence. I think you have the absolute BEST intro reel I have ever seen. I see it as broadcast quality. One suggestion, and I apologize if you have heard it before: We hear the community names sometimes but we rarely if ever hear who the builder is. This is not just your channel, it’s others as well. Often new communities have a number of models to choose from and sometimes we would like to go check them out to make up our minds if we even want to use them.
All you have to do is go to zillow and look up the area, and you will find the house and builder. Very simple. I agree with your post as well. @2460reviews

I was always told a VA loan could NOT be used as a construction loan, but that I need to get a conventional first and then flip it to a VA loan once constructed. I’m looking to buy a home I can customize. I need to understand what your take is. I’ll set up a call asap as I’m selling my home here in Tampa and moving soon.

Yes, there are a few where there is an entryway but you are correct, most of them don't.
Yes, it is nice to have a separation hallway. Many two stories have that further southwest
