Beautiful house. I like the front entrance and the views. Corner lots are great....the ceilings look taller than 9'4"
Custom requires a real vent hood. I don't want my microwave above the stove... I agree with the tub...tile is what $500 more for the wall. Great showing🎉
The cabinets would pop with crown molding at the top.... builders at the price need to sweat the details, although $580k isn't a fortune....up the price by $5k and throw in all the frills... no excuses....eh?

No, I wouldn’t want to live on a corner lot. my reason is much more traffic around the house to many cars stopping and going in front of the house. Kids can’t play in the street due to all the traffic gonna be around the house. I’d rather live in the block with less flow of traffic but beautiful house love your TH-cam. Keep up the good work

Beautiful!! Yes, I counted the cabinets: 10 upper sets (with R, L doors), 9 lowers sets (with R, L) , lazy susan, and 3 sets of lowers on the island. (I dont count cabinets under the sink because they are for the soaps, dish brushes, towels, and trash)
Now, this is a kitchen I could cook in. Roll some pie dough, and cook a 26lbs turkey. I can put my countertop convention oven, toaster, kitchen aid mixer, and PLUS my espresso machine on the back countertop top. Love the smooth top drop in oven!!! I'm not happy with the lack of closet space, though.
Q: I am a little concerned about how the property sinks down and water retention around the home. Is there a french drain of some sort to help with water flow?
As always, you do a lovely job giving us a walk through❤❤❤❤. Great idea on the tile behind the tub. I would never have thought of that. Just goes to show, hire Alexis, and she'll get you tile😂😂! (Take it to the top or there is no sale😅😅😅)

The Way they grade the lots the water should hit the sides of the house and not go into the lanai. I love your feedback thank you so much for watching.
