I love the layout of the house. How much is the down payment and monthly mortgage. How far is this place in the grocery store, gas station , costco, walmart, mall and restaurant.. Beach, parks, and freeways.
We live in this neighborhood in the Florida Highland side which is much more rural and larger plots. Buyer beware. These homes are being slapped up with poor quality. The public water will eat through your pipes in about 5 years. We see how fast these houses get put up, and the crews working. If your new house settles and the foundation cracks, as many do, say hello to termites. We chose off the ground when we built our retirement home, in this neighborhood, for said reasons. Also, be prepared to be able t talk to your neighbors from your own kitchen as the houses are really close together. Privacy doesn't exist, and everyone will know your business. We are posting this because agents only care about selling. They don't actually care about the backside of ownership and being honest with potential buyers.
Just to know, is it illegal to make basement houses in Florida?Why? I just want to confirm & know the reason,as I had never been to Florida and have little knowledge about it!😅
