Almost 11 months of bjj and I sometimes go back to the fundamentals. This actually taught me something right now even though I've been training for a while! Good job with the instructionals!
Nice stuff! We changed from teach sequences to one thing from every position like this about a year ago. It's been a huge help to make people feel comfortable.
Subscribed! Nice video. I like the idea of the sequence you laid out as well as how to get out of that bow and arrow. I have been choked out at least 20 times by a blue belt at my club. I have escaped it a few times but only because I got his arm over my head. I'll try going the other way. The blue belt told me to avoid the pillow he was making for me in the crook of his arm. You added on to that with some nice tips.
This is literally the video I needed to see. As a new white belt doing no Gi right now, I absolutely had no clue what to do. This is a game changer.
