That was very helpful. I was struggling because I was doing it wrong. Now I can revisit your video and practice at home until I have it mastered! Thank you for sharing!

SO useful. Just realizing the thing about bridging with your whole head and eyes has basically doubled my successful mount escapes.

    Amazing instruction, answered a lot
of questions that I had, and many
    I probably would have eventually.
    Excellent detail!

Late to the party, but this is fantastic with so many small details that all add up to a much better bridge. Thank you.

Wonderful videos!! My 7 year old was just telling me after practice today that she can't do the shoulder rolls very well...so I came searching for a video for me to show her (but more importantly-for me to understand exactly what she's supposed to do), so she can try on a mat here at home. All your video's break the moves down SO well!! Thanks!

      Everyone says run, when
you have multiple attackers, which is
      great advice, but how
far do we get before three of them
that can outrun us, and start stabbing us in
      the back.. 🤧

Maybe smart talking is the best move in many situations. Actually i don't know what is the best option
