    I appreciate the video. Just getting back into it and doing solo drills. One key tip that has helped me is pretending you are pulling your cowboy boot up. Helps with the awkward flow.

    With shrimping, you’re using the shoulder opposite the foot you’re pushing down. With forward shrimping, you’re using the same side shoulder. I just had my first class, one on one, and still had trouble with the forward shrimp. This helps clarify.
