Couple of hiccups aside (“major 5ths”) this really is an incredible sound. So quality. I was to sprinkle these woodwinds on my ice cream.

What happened to the bass clarinet and contra bassoon?

I didn't even know Berlin Woodwinds had ORTF until now. It didn't show up when I bought it. But it is downloaded now. Hehe

Great Library. But is there really neither a contrabassoon nor a bass clarinet? Any plans for future additions?

I'm guessing they will carry over their expansions that are on Kontakt.

@@tosvus Yes, I got an answer from the OT support. Both instruments are in the Berlin Woodwinds Additional Instruments package, which will get a SINE update later.

@@citizenworld8094 probably, as they’ve always been sold separately

@@citizenworld8094 i would ask, because the timpani was absorbed into the percussion so it wouldn't be unprecedented if they got absorbed into the main package too. Meanwhile though if you want them now, you'd need to pay for them.

One option: most legato patches are pre-loaded to play runs automatically when you play fast enough. You can see this in the Legato tab in the box at the bottom right. Second option: load the playable runs patch, but in most OT libraries those patches are made for quick flourishes. They are not sustained at the end. They cut off quickly. The first option might be more versatile

How would you use this in cubase?

Just add the library as an instrument track, then click the Edit Instrument button on the track header to open SINE.

"major trills up to the major 5th" ehhh..... Who's proof-reading this stuff? Why can't we have European voice overs too?
