Director Sridhar is a creative and a man of innovative ideas.Even today no one can touch his line of great achievement in film industry. Dr.Sudhir,M.D.Ayurvedic , is known to me well as I used to meet him in Kottakal dispensary at Valasaravakkam for my son's treatment.He was then giving treatment to Dr.Sridhar.He used to speak about Sridhar and his sense of humour even at a stage of disability.For the first time I happen to see an interview of Director Sridhar's son who shared best of events from his childhood. I noted he is interested in photography as me but my interest centred in travel photography for past 40 years.I am a fan of Gemini ganesan since my college days ,gave many hit movies to his credit along with Director Sridhar . Legacy of Sridhar will speak in volumes so long as Tamilnadu cinema hold it's identity.🎉🎉🎉

Excellent interview 💐 Not just TS Balaiah or Nagesh. Back bone of kadhalikka neramillai was MSV (+ Ramamurthy) with all genres of music. Not even Ilayaraja can reproduce such fabulous songs. Willy nilly .. same songs have to be used if the film is to be remade. Thats the greatness of MSV. Thillu mullu and Billa when remade ...had to use the original songs of MSV only.❤

I did not know Vikram acted in his last movie. I liked the second heroin in that movie. I expected that girl to make it big. Very disappointed that she did not. She was very beautiful, much better looking than Rohini. Sorry to my eyes anyway. I don't know if others have the same opinion as me. Thanks for this upload. Appreciate it. Yes , Kathalicka Neeram Yellay shud have a remake. ❤

I had a feeling he had a very strong bias against Rajini Sir . If fact it’s stated Sridhar told after shot where Rajini signs a document in llamai unjaal adukarathu , director Sridhar said he will overtake Kamal.

Please digitise, colourise and re-release Thennilavu. It's the real achievement movie of Sridhar. He showed Kashmir, boat houses, surf-riding etc. to the Tamil audience which no one did before. He was the star among the youth of that time. As a teenager, I enjoyed Thennilavu than anything else. Sanjay, please digitise, colourise and re-release Thennilavu so that I can watch it within my life time.

ஸ்ரீதர் தெலுங்கு ரெட்டியார் சமுதாயத்தை சேர்ந்தவர் அதனால் அவர் மகன் தெலுங்கு சாயல் கலந்த தமிழுடன் பேசுகிறார்.
Interviewer didn't mention the name of TKR at all. What music had been produced by the VR duo in Sridhar's movies starting with Nenjil Ore Aalayam. And nothing much on Sivaji Ganesan with whom Sridhar had joined forces as a writer way back in 1954 from Ethir Parathathu. No qstns on his entry as a writer. Zero query on A M Raja and Chalapathy Rao and hardly anything on Kannadasan. No query on one of his top movies that was not a commercial hit - Kalaikoil - produced by MSV that had brilliant songs and was released even when Kadalikka Neramillai was running to packed houses which MSV had said was a mistake in an interview. Who remembers his later movies with Kamal Rajni and the rest. Nothing about Nenjirukkum Varai. Poor interview. My view.

எம்ஜிஆரை வைத்து உரிமைக்குரல் (1974), மீனவ நண்பன் (1977) இரண்டு திரைப்படங்கள் மட்டுமே இதில் அண்ணா நீ என் தெய்வம் திரைப்படம் வெளிவரவில்லை.
