    NOTE: This product works exactly as described. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxguEIMc_Qwab-3QMTpF6jaRL80hiOOsIN It originally earned a four-star review due to a minor defect (see below). However, the manufacturer's customer service rep (Lita) went above and beyond the call of duty and deserves five stars now. I wish I could give even more!I purchased this item which arrived quickly. Assembly instructions were easy to follow. There was only one problem: One bolt did not screw into the hole properly. I called the company. Their customer service rep (Lita) was terrific! She took all my information and submitted a request to replace the defective part. I'm hoping to finish assembly and start using this treadmill soon. (Fingers crossed...)FOLLOW UP: Lita called back to inform me that the company will send a replacement part AND a technician(!!) to install it properly. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you!!

    Says up to 300lbs. You mentioned the guy that ran on it. How would it be for someone 6'2" and 260 running? My son is in football and not fat and our old treadmill's tread slips when he runs. I've only found a few that say 350 but don't look as tough as this when y'all were running on it. This one seemed to do a good job absorbing and not bouncing the frame. Any feedback or model suggestions would be appreciated 😃 Thanks!

      The ProForm Pro 9000 should work fine for your son, however, I would also check out the Sole F80 and Sole F85. The Sole F85 has a 400 lb weight limit, and the F80 has a 375 lb weight limit. They feel a bit more solid than the ProForm and both have wider decks.

    Don't buy it! you can not listen your choice of music. Can not connect with iPad or Phone.
    You are basically buying IFIT liability of ~$400 per year!

    Can you start this manually by walking or using the speed buttons, or is it touchscreen dependent to get going?

    I have this treadmill and love it. I had it on a concrete floor and all was well. When I added an exercise mat under it, the mat folded up a bit when the treadmill would incline. Because of this, I removed the mat. However, we just finished our basement and now have luxury vinyl tile flooring. What type of mat would you recommend over vinyl plank and under this treadmill? Some sites say to avoid any type of rubber mats because they can leach/stain the lvp. Thanks in advance for your help!

      No, unfortunately, you can't access apps like TH-cam or connect your phone to this treadmill to watch other content.

    Is a subscription necessary?

    • @TreadmillReviewGuru
      @TreadmillReviewGuru  ปีที่แล้ว

      It is if you want full access to the content on the screen. There is a free version of iFit where you have access to free onboard workouts and manual mode. So you can use the treadmill without a subscription.

    Why is it bouncy. Looks like it's going to break. Is that normal?

    • @TreadmillReviewGuru
      @TreadmillReviewGuru  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That is the cushioning in the deck that has shock absorption to lessen the impact on your joints when you run. It isn't bouncy when you're running on it and the movement in the deck is normal.

    Just bought and really like this model! However, should I expect getting static electricity shocks everytime I use it? Would this be a reason to exchange for the same model in the hopes that it doesn’t shock me?

    • @TreadmillReviewGuru
      @TreadmillReviewGuru  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Do you have a rubber mat under the treadmill? If not, I would try placing one underneath to eliminate this.
