Nice setup. I have a T4 as well. I wished there was a vestibule that allowed you to step outside without getting poured on. I had to rig a 10x14 tarp with tarp poles in order to protect some things from getting poured on during a rainfall. Also to note, please use a CO detector when using propane in that small environment. Don't rely on the sensor on the heater. You can never be too careful with CO.
Man, you are just like me!😂 I just ordered the tent from Amazon and it should be here in a couple of days. I have all my kit ready to go in the back of my RAV4. My plan is to do some overnight camps as it cools off a bit and be ready to go when I want. I tried to take my girlfriend camping several times, but it has always been a disaster!😂 Come to find out she hates camping! Anyway, I love camping and enjoying nature, but at 64, I’d rather be comfortable doing it.😊 Thanks for sharing your setup. I just ordered a second wool blanket to be sacrificed as an impromptu carpet like you have done. Thanks for that idea!😊
OMG, I have a very similar set up! Gazelle T4, Iclimb table, foldable traveling hanger, Buddy Heater, even the toilet paper cover same color lmao. And yes I keep my toilet inside plenty of times, I mostly camp in bear country, once I surprised a bear on my way to the bathroom and got a false charge, ever since I’m not going out in the middle of the night, nope, scary. Love my Gazelle.
i currently have a DarkRest instant tent but the gazelle tent is intriguing. the only concern with the gazelle are the walls transparent at night when you have a light on where outsiders can see what you’re doing for instance, sitting on your loo or see you change your clothes. my DarkRest has that barrier of blocking indoor light and shadows. i just want privacy when i have a light on during the night.
It is not see thru, but at night, depending where your light source is, it will project your shadow on the wall of the tent for your camping neighbors to see.
@@BarnYardOutdoors regardless, i did order a T4 hub tent. i’ve seen enough youtube videos inside the T4 where i guess i can rig a curtain on the inside rods for privacy.
The light hanging from the top of the tent is just a simple USB light from Amazon. a.co/d/5NmgUaE The light hanging from the iClimb Table is an Ecoflow Lantern that doubles as a small power bank. The Ecoflow lantern is not cheap, but can be a lantern or a flashlight and can also be used as a small power bank. a.co/d/0GiHkmC Condensation is a huge problem with propane heat. I have a wood-stove I have been using recently in a hot tent which is my preferred way to keep warm, but I still use propane occasionally when I just want the convenience of quick heat. Thanks for watching and the comment.
I put in on a small aluminum topped table that is about 3 inches off the tent floor. I have a friend that uses a cookie sheet. Neither of us have had any issues with heat on the tent floor.
I am going into my fourth camping year with my Gazelle and have had it out in some big thunderstorms storms, long steady showers and even in snow storms and have never had an issue with leaking. It has been a really good tent.
It would be helpful to know how tall you are when speaking of how great it is that you can stand up in it. I'm only 5'2", so I'm sure it would be great for me. Some tall guy though would appreciate knowing your height.
I picked up a cheap moving blanket that I use for the floor of my tent, they work great!
Great idea!

That is a very nice setup you got there. I am a big fan of the buddy heaters.
Looks like a great setup... thanks for the video brother
Dude that’s nice! I like it!

Need a link for both those lights you have hanging. Be carefull with buddy heaters you will end up with condensation on the inside of the tent walls.

Chris, Nice setup, looks like your smoothing it…
Go BIG RED!
do you put anything down on the ground like a fire blanket for the buddy heater?

Now you've had the T4 gazelle and sometime with does it leak

I am 6'1" and have plenty of headroom without the gear loft attached.
