Stake down each panel/wall. If those sides pop in unexpectedly during wind somone close to the wall will get injured. I used it this weekend and its just like my icefishing Eskimo tent in that regard. Good overview and i'm glad I purchased mine.
Was there a breeze inside the tent? I just bought mine, my wife and I used it this past weekend for the first time. Love the tent but I have one issue with this tent. The rain fly. The rain fly allowed cold wind/air inside the tent all night.. we used a Mr Buddy for heat but the heat was just exiting out the mesh skylight..just hard to heat an area up if the windows open. Kind of a deal breaker when your camping in the cold. Wish they made a fly attachment to have an option to close the mesh skylight when not in use.
Definitely not a 4 season tent for that reason. I've read others have thrown a moving blanket on top of the mesh under the rainfly which seals some loss of heat, but a redesign to zipper it closed would be a game changer. Have fun out there!
Did insects get into the tent through the hole in each corner where the stand needs to go through? Seem like some Amazon reviewers complained about this. Not sure if they might have exaggerated a bit.
@@AustinH7 Glad to hear that the tent doesn't have holes in the corners. I read a review in Amazon about this tent. One of the reviewer said this: "the bottom slots for the vertical screen room poles are behind the floor velcro so you have to make a gap in the floor seam in order to use the poles, which makes an entry for bugs, dirt, and potentially water." May be the reviewer didn't know how to setup the tent? This is a BIG plus that the tent doesn't have holes in the corners. Thanks for letting me know.
Thanks for the review. Nice family you have there!😊
Thank you too

Yes I learned it the hard way duringthe storm. The sides caved in with strong wind. The side panels indeed should have been anchored. Thanks.
I just bought this tent. Thanks for the review man.
Great review. Thanks. Love the lights.
Thanks for watching!
Excellent review
Thank you
Incredible!

Thank you for the inside test video. No one does this and it was good to see. Do you think a portable AC would work well with this?
I think there are many places for the AC to leak out. But if you can seal it off then it's worth a shot.
Great video! Would you think this would hold up well in cold temps? 30-45 degrees F?
It has no insulation
It's also a single wall tent so it will have lots of condensation, grab a ice fishing tent for the cold

For me it's not a problem. No issue. But I generally camp during the fall so less insects to worry about.
@@0riginalNature Thanks for sharing the info. Yes, camping in the fall tends to solve a lot of problem.
There are no holes in the corners. It’s fully sealed. I have a gazelle so I checked

There are no holes. Well sealed. I didn’t have any insect issues after camping in south GA this past weekend. Did get tree sap on the fly 😢
Is there any way to fold the side of the rain fly to make less noise?
I don't think so. I just anchor it.
@@0riginalNature ok got it. Ty!
lol, everyone is on their phones
couldn't get off the gird...
Why so many lights?
Next up paint drying.
