THANK YOU so much for this information! I’m turning my application in today and I needed a few more questions answered and I’m so glad a found your video! I went to Cape Cod Gun Works for my certification class already or I would have thought to come too your place! I’m way down towards the cape though. Biden is supposed to be signing some executive orders on guns today so 😬 we’ll see what happens.

Curious on your thoughts how the recent SCOTUS ruling will affect MA going forward? I submitted my application to a "red" town the day the ruling dropped. Wondering if they have to abide by the dismissal of the "proper cause" requirement? And issue me an unrestricted assuming I meet all the minimum qualifications?
They didn’t give me one when I asked for an application. Why is that?
I went to the Boston police HQ on Monday 11/30/20 and they told me they weren’t taking in any application. Is that correct?or are they pulling my chain? Deny me to exercise my 2A... what do you think?

I got my application and fingerprint appointment Tuesday I got a copy of my icori the only thing on there is a dismissed misdemeanor of a assault and battery where the case never went to trial and never have been convicted of anything think i should be fine ?

So I was also naturalized; derived citizen through my mother. But I don’t have a naturalization number since she was the one that got naturalized. Did you put her number down for that or….
Confusing on that part.
I just found out if your parents became a naturalized US citizen when you was under the age of 18; you are an derived citizen. So you do not need to fill that part out. You are only naturalized if you apply and passed at the age of 18 and over with neither of your parents naturalized or they were naturalized when you were over the age of 18.
On the application it says have you ever been arrested or convicted I haven’t as a adult so I put no but I have been arrest as a juvenile but never convicted on assault and battery but all my cases been dropped or thrown out of court will I still be eligible for a FID card and LTC ?
if I already have my FID and want to upgrade to an LTC what do I have to do

The information you give on the second application is 100% incorrect but the video is too old anyways to get deeper into it

I was told in my gun safety class that the hippa law protects you from them looking up your medical card.
