Was debating mentioning..but!, you should make some shirts that have like “motorcycle enthusiast”(quoted like so) over like an AZ sunset or AZ state flag with a Kruesi Originals logo in there somewhere. I think it would be hilarious and a good inside joke for all your followers who want to support. I’d buy one, cause as much as I think turning a wrench and putting down miles make myself a biker……Motorcycle Enthusiast..😂😂

Thank you for this video, I plan on installing cams on my 2007 FXSTC TC96 when I switch to a 2-into-1 exhaust during the winter, so I am starting my learning now in June. I work in a Harley shop, so when the techs are doing cam jobs I try to observe what they are doing, but I am really busy. The shop charges 8 hrs of labor to do a cam job, and even with my discount, that is out of my reach. So just like everything else, I need to learn to do it myself.
Right now I am gathering the tools needed, so your tips on the essential tools and the things I can get a Harbor Freight, really helps this poor guy. I don't even have a garage, so I gotta figure out where I will be doing the work, I will probably build a shed to do it in. I got a garage planned, but the cost of materials now doesn't allow it.
again thank you for this kind of videos, the way to explain things really worked for me. I am mechanically inclined, I just don't have the knowledge or experience on big twins, like I do on other things.

You sure took an awful chance there. It is really easy to get a piece of flat stock and drill a couple of holes in it. Find a bolt or some all thread to push them in with. I know this is old as hell but question since I’m doing this upgrade right now. 2010 96” tc touring. Do I put the boss hole or leave it open?

I believe you leave it open. You only plug it for a softtail which has a balanced engine.

I see that you assembled the pump into the case first and then placed the plate with the cams into the case. Feuling's instructions tell you to hand tighten the pump to the plate first and then place the whole assembly into the case as a unit. Is there any particular reason that you did it in that sequence? I'm about to do this on my 2004 Dyna.

Do it my way trust me it’s a lot easier. Follow all of their alignment procedures but install it my way. If you don’t have an alignment to order a line all the sprockets inside the oil pump you will play hell getting that thing on that way

For the cam chain torque process i used the handle of my hook tool between the gears and the chain but ill try a screwdriver next time. Watch the older videos like reruns and still earn new things every time.

Ryan good video. I noticed when you cut the old pushrods out you weren't concern about tension on the rods themselves. After watching I'm guessing its ok to cut the rods even if your on the compression stroke?
