That is not true! They slips like hell, more than SHG-210 Head Guard - which is cheaper too.the material inside is leather or some sort that doesnt such in the sweat. When it is so much sweat on the inside it slips everytime you get hit on the side. I have it taken off every break (1min) to clean the sweat on the inside. Otherwise it is very light and have a nice fit. Protecting the nose. I bought both head gear so I know the differences.
Not sure what’s not true. Also this review has the older shg-210 with the suede like forehead on the inside, phenom has since done away with this. Owned winning, fly, phenom headgear and have sparred in them as well as made a living buying and selling gear nationwide. I know what I’m talking about.

they're very comparable imo. Winning is tried and true, very durable, but that's not to say the Phenom isn't as durable especially since japanese leather isn't the greatest as far as durability goes i'd give the edge to Phenom, I'd say the same for winnings synthetic leather options as well; however, it all depends on how you care for your gear. If you want the winning experience grab a winning headgear it's popular headgear and many ppl like it.
I like both, but I prefer the the Fly one simply for slightly better visibility. The Phenom I feel is more protective around the nose, but also does slightly(very slightly) obscure vision as compared to the Fly.
the suade material soaks up a whole lot of sweat, and also it kinda bleeds color onto your face together with the sweat. Not a huge problem, but kinda annoying. Still love it though, and will probably buy another without the suede material@@BOXUPNATION

Ordered one and it had a punch mark also but didn’t return it because I got lazy 🤣 and not gonna lie it’s a comfy head gear

This one is a recommendation. If you’re getting caught often a headgear won’t save you, but if you’re getting caught once and leaking maybe a bar.

The ones I’ve gotten in lately no longer have the suede, I’m guessing more ppl preferred the regular leather.
