Couple things I want to comment on... the self captions you did is extraordinary!! As a Deaf biker, I cannot tell you how much I appreciated you doing that in your video. Secondly, you keep things real and tell it like it is. No bs, just facts. This is rare with these kinds of product videos. Much appreciated for being like that for us. Tires down, melons up. See you on the road!! 🤘🏻
Had Legend front and rear installed on my 2015 Limited in 2019. Immediately rode to Sturgis for my first trip out there from Southern California. I had to stop in and thank them for the best suspension I’ve ever ridden on a modern Harley.
I know I'm late to the party here, but thanks man. I really appreciate the feedback you have provided on your suspension journey. You have displayed nothing but character and kindness in your videos. It's really heartwarming in this day and age. I'm subbed for sure. You and Steph keep it upright and be well ☮
Well hell, you convinced me...just ordered a set of Revo-A's. Can't wait to get them on !! Who knows maybe I'll have them Axeo's on the front too next spring. Thanks brother, love the channel !!!
"gonna wait until the traffic thins out." looks left and right, good 20sec before next car approaches. "yep...gonna wait!" 😂. ordered AXEO based on your reviews. looks good man- no more fork dive!
I've bought several new Harleys off the showroom floor and have never changed the suspension, I currently ride a '17 roadglide ultra and have finally decided to take the plunge and do it, I do mainly long roadtrips around the country now, I really diggin what I seeing here with the setup on this video. Great job.
Hey guys, Im 5'6" riding a 21 Roadglide. Last year I had 12"Legend shocks instaled on rear and it brought me down an inch and gave me a smoother ride. This year I had legends suspension installed on front end and it brought the front end down 1 inch. This was the best investment I ever made on my bike. It imediately put a big smile on my face. It rides so smooth now like a Buick Electra 225. I can reach the ground better and it ellminated that front nose dive when using the front brake. Thanks Legends!!! Harleymike.
Just installed Revo A,s on my 2019 FLHTK and it finally rides like it looks.... really much more comfortable for one up or two up. The biggest downer of this rear suspension is once you ride it you will be haunted with a deep desire to install the front Axio cartridges. You will wake up in the middle of the night with anxiety and in sweat wondering why you did not do the front as well. Just do it! Just received my Axio kit, installing it soon. I know I won’t regret it.
I did Legends on my Deuce with the air ride in the rear. Turned that softail into a damn bullet...you are exactly correct sir...this suspension makes me think of the old electric "slot car" tracks back in the day when I hit a corner...best upgrade I have done by far!
I love your review of the Dunlop tires.. my bike has them and I'm having some humming noise going around curves at 65.. your review of your suspension i trust will be spot on. Thanks man.. great video!
nice video- getting better all the time! The link drops on subjects coming up in the conversation was spot on! that's something that other creators forget to go back and do- even after they say they will "drop a link to that video right here", haha. I appreciate you guys and honest review videos like this one! Shiny side up, and keep em Ornery up there! tell em I said duh huh, they'll know what you mean.
I did both front and rear Legends shocks back in 2015 and had a fail on the rear left side shock and I contacted Legend and it was replaced immediately. I just gave a description of the failure and it was that easy. They have one of the greatest customer service in the industry. I am still riding the same 2015 HD Roadglide Special with the same shocks and wouldn’t change it for anything else currently on the market. Some might say try the Ohlins. A friend of mine has that setup with both the front and rear Ohlins shocks and I never heard him rave much about those shocks and I believe that he only bought those because he was avid crotch rocket racer and had them on his professional racer. But, I must say my bike is so much the better with the Legends Shocks. I also did the HD Tire Shredder 110 kit for the engine and man no question about it the combination has made all the difference that I kept the bike all of these years, when I normally was changing the bikes out every two years. The ride is still as great as it was when it started and I am about to switch out this coming week my front fork lowers for the HD Chrome front end and will see how it is after 20,000 miles. Thanks.
I'm 6', 290. I ride a '15 Road Glide Special. I have the Revo A's and the front suspension. Absolutely love them. I've been running the rear on "3" but will try them on "4" after this video.
I agree on suspension first. Next on our list, after first time riding with Karen on back, the weekend with you guys. And after hearing the Legend's crew, they are on my Christmas list.
If I had the money I’d most definitely get a Legends front and a Legends Air Shock for the rear of my Softail Street Bob. The stock shock is pretty harsh and I will be doing a very long road trip this year and having an air shock for the rear would be a butt and back saver to make adjustments on the fly. Too bad I probably will never get one but a guy can always dream. Such a great in-depth video and walk around showing the Legends workshop, a lot of good info and good people! 🤘🏼😎🤘🏼
Thanks for your review. I have Legends on rear but not front. I met you this past year at Sturgis while you were entering the Full Throttle and you and I are built very similar along with both each wife. I am looking for that total ride as you have now with the front suspension. Thanks again.
I just bought a 2021 Ultra Limited Vivid Black. Like so many as if the bike wasn't good enough. What can I do to make it better? All I heard was suspension 1st! I am defiantly doing the Revo-A's for the rear and at the end of the season the Axeo's for the front. Seeing that small shop made in USA is all I needed. No jumping out of Foxconn windows!
I'm saving now for a new suspension for my new to me 2016 RGU. I ride 50/50 with the wife and can't wait to see what a difference a quality suspension will make.
Hi, Just watched your video . I have a 2014 king, just bought the Revo A & waiting to have them fitted but after watching this looks like i need to get the front end done now . but that can wait for a while because its a bit cold here in the UK its just above 4
Thanks for the review. I have a 2015 Street Glide special with a 23 in. front wheel setup. Listened to a Harley sales guy talk me out of putting legend up front. I have legend air ride in the rear. The bike rode like crap! The front would wobble like crazy around 70 Mph. This fall I’m adding the recommended legend axeo up front for next year. Should be able to better evaluate the rear legend setup, now that it will be partnered up with the recommended legend axeo up front. I understand for most of us money is always an issue to consider, but we spend too much on our bikes to go cheap on very important safety issues! Thanks again!
Thank you so much for this detailed test and review. I have been thinking about going to Legends front for a while now and like you I have the Revo A on the rear now for about two years. The only problem I have is deciding what setting to use, 1 or 2 as I am right at 250 lbs with gear. Leaning toward 1 because I am Solo 97% of the time. Wife rides her own. Did not know if $ spent would be worth it but it sounds like it is.
Thank you. I was already sold on Legend, but your great video and sharing the factory experience locked it in. As you said, it’s a big investment in hard earned money. I believe you get what you pay for. Ride safe.
Yes you're right about the comparison about which mod first. I was thinking the same because it's much more logical. But I went for the Stage IV 131ci Kit for my 2019 Harley-Davidson Heritage Classic FLHCS 114. But I'm thinking about the front and rear Legend setup. I will be traveling to get my Stage IV put on, because that's where it is. I might wait two months to the Midwest until I buy the Legend setup. I was thinking cheaper setup, your video proved I should wait for the Legend. Thanks.. RLTW
I have a 2017 Street Glide Special and I was curious about that screen layout starting at the 9:00 mark. Is that factory on the 18 and newer or is that a custom setup? Thanks.
Legend broke my heart this year when I traveled to Sturgis and visited them and they told me they do not make front end inserts for my Dyna FLD. I get their point but im still ultra bummed out. Guess I'll have to buy that Road King lol.
Great video getting the revo arc put on my RG special and now I think I’m going with the front now after watching this video? Any idea on what $ amount your talking?
If you are wondering about Legends. He said it right. First thing I would do is change out the suspension before any engine work. It's a game changer. So now go place your order and enjoy.
Sounds like you improved it, maybe rides and handles like my stock Stratoliner now (sad) I'm faced with the same dilemma with my 2021 Street Glide.. I have Ohlins HD 039's on their way for the rear. When I replaced my VTX 1300 fork with Progressive brand inners, I noticed a 50% improvement
I’m 6’4” 260 lbs. 90% of the time I’m solo riding with maybe 35 - 50 lbs of gear and tools. When touring 2 up I probably have 500 lbs total payload. I have it dialed in for me solo and make no adjustments when 2 up and its a great ride. Both Axe0 and Revo-A. I think you need both. Honestly with only the shocks the bike is more comfortable but the stock forks can’t handle the Revo-A’s in the corners. There is more dive when stopping if you have upgraded the shocks and not the forks. It is a combination. Truth is if you care about bike handling and not just comfort you need the package as booth together are better than either benefit of them alone. It’s the benefit of your suspension being in sync. Suspension is like like power train package in some respects. It’s like having a tune on a stage 2 over stock. It’s really that much. Nice video!!!
Great video as always Sir. 👍 I am seriously thinking about getting this legend on my front suspension 20 m8 inverted fork. Now, as you stated , it does lower front end a bit, hoe much lower are we talking about here? As you sit on the bike, does it feel noticeably lower than usual? Also, I did purchased a legend rear shock at the HD dealer and did you register for warranty through Legend to cover life time warranty on these bad boy?
Thanks so much for the video. I upgraded my 2018 Road King Special with both the RevoA for the back and the AXEO for the front end. I love the feel of the front end. It feels like you are running the road on a track. Question though. When riding between 45 - 50 and moving the bike left to right - I feel like a tension almost like a chafing on the folks. I guess it's just a better fork. Have you experience this by chance?
How did it change the ride for Steph? I ride a 2016 road glide special and my wife constantly complains about hitting bumps and her feeling it in her spine.
Headed for Sioux falls? It's cold as s*** here if you mean South Dakota. I really got to get those shocks on my ultra thanks for the video great advice
The beard rating for this video is off the charts... My testosterone levels climbed watching this! But seriously this info on the differences between the front and rear suspension effects on a motorcycle is informative and eye opening... THANK YOU!!!
Man, that's funny about riding Legents and grow some big-azz balls. Nice indepth review, Oenery. BTW, my balls are already big enough, hahaha. I don't need enlargements. Thanks for the video. 👍🏽🤠 10/25/23
Being on disability. I cannot shell out 600 + or a smoother ride so my wife and I deal with what we got I would love to have all I didn't set up a friend of mine has one night and day difference
What’s up brother just subbed to the channel. Enjoying the Harley Davidson content keep the videos coming! swing thru and check out my Harley Davidson garage channel and let me know what you think man 👊
Have a iron 883, spent a lot of money getting it the way I want it. I also want a bagger, but Probably going to have to spend twice as much to make it the way I want it to. Probably just going to sell the bike and stop riding, too much money on aftermarket stuff.
I’m sold.Legends it is, thx’s again, Great Feedback.
Hey Erich I'm pretty sure you can turn captions on through TH-cam for other Videos.
@@281sTravel I do but it’s nice to see it burnt into the video itself. Sometimes the captions block important information behind it. 👍🏻
Got front and rear Legends on my 2020 RGS...next level my friend and this is an honest an representative video of just how good they are!
Had Legend front and rear installed on my 2015 Limited in 2019. Immediately rode to Sturgis for my first trip out there from Southern California. I had to stop in and thank them for the best suspension I’ve ever ridden on a modern Harley.

You really need to do front and back! Amazing difference! Put them on my 15 SG a couple years ago will never ride stock again!
"gonna wait until the traffic thins out." looks left and right, good 20sec before next car approaches. "yep...gonna wait!" 😂. ordered AXEO based on your reviews. looks good man- no more fork dive!
Woooo my first ever first thumbs up hahaha.... You two are great. Front legends are on my x-mas list (tax return list) haha
Love my Legends Revo A's. Looking to do the front this winter. That you for the tour of the shop!!
Rocking them Beards👍👍👍
Installing legends front on my Road King over the winter this year. Cannot wait till spring already.

This is now the winter project for my RK. Thanks \m/

Best upgrade for sure...love my Legend Revo Arcs and Axeo front suspension!

Other progressive springs out there that will fit your bike.
I have REVO-A on my 2020 RGS, and I plan on doing the Legend front forks spring 2021.
you guys are costing me money!! I have the Legend Revo-A, looks like I'm going with the Axeo front shocks next
Awesome video! Great job!
Thank you very much!
Thanks for posting. I'm gettin ready to put some Revo-A's on my bike. I'll do Axeo's on the front afterwards

Love my American elites. I boogie through the twisties
I have a 2010 H-D Tri-glide and a neck issue. I am lost with all the LEGEND product. So REVO-A in back and upgrade in front ?
I would contact the company. Tri's are a different animal.
How long does it take to get the front and rear changed out, on a 2019 road king?
The beard rating for this video is off the charts... My testosterone levels climbed watching this! But seriously this info on the differences between the front and rear suspension effects on a motorcycle is informative and eye opening... THANK YOU!!!
How many turns of preload did you put on the front?
Awesome 😎
Sounds like a good job
Had the 39mm legends axeo +2", scrapped it for the Racetech gold valves. Racetech springs were way better.
I’m in, once the border is open...I’ll be down for the test ride on the Pig Trail!!
Love my legends on my 15 SG i will never ride stock again!
It would be nice if they made rear shocks for older bikesl
Good video. Lots better than someone just saying that it’s the best, cool, or awesome.
How much money does it cost to do front and rear ??? Good video 👍👍👍
About 3k with install. 1.9 if you do it yourself
Man, that's funny about riding Legents and grow some big-azz balls. Nice indepth review, Oenery. BTW, my balls are already big enough, hahaha. I don't need enlargements. Thanks for the video. 👍🏽🤠 10/25/23

What do you use to communicate with your ol lady ?
It’s a grand for fork carts that don’t have an adjustable rebound. Hell to the no. Not in this lifetime.
Progressive are just as good for half the price
It seems like going from Cadillac to Corvette
What’s up brother just subbed to the channel. Enjoying the Harley Davidson content keep the videos coming! swing thru and check out my Harley Davidson garage channel and let me know what you think man 👊
Definitely more responsive.

No they don’t what a waste of money I put progressive in mine and boy what a difference
that was cool
Lol that truck you called a butthole! You don’t want to know what is in the back of that truck. I know that company well. 🤮🤮🤮
Sorry no such thing on a rigid pan with king queen seat and fuelling up every 150kms tops.
