I got a new Honda Activa 6G -( September 11 2021 -- 642km driven) ; from the beginning, the heat generated at the Rear wheel Drum is quite unusual - after driving a distance of 5km. Later when I checked the wheel, I found a - Play of 0.5mm. I would be greatful, for your valuable guidance - relevant to this Mechanical Flaw & request you to post a video - similar to the above vehicle.(FI variant).

great tutorial! i see that the sparkplug has a wire that is attached to its thread which is then secured when the sparkplug is tightened into the thread hole. I guess it is connected to and is a unique part of the SIP Performance ignition kit? Thanks

Have a 2012 PX150 with a BGM 177 kit and a SIP Road 2 .exhaust .. Bike performs really well but when it's just starting to rev and make some power it hits like a rev limiter ... Do I need an aftermarket CDI set up like above to get it to rev a little higher. also would a Fast flow fuel tap help it to rev out a bit more without hitting a wall.

Die schrauben vom halter sind durchgängig zum motor und haben Kontakt mit uscheibe und mutter. Dachte mir auch durch die gummipuffer hat man keine masse aber bei näherer bertrachtung machts dann schon Sinn

This method of timing makes zero sense to me !!! Where do they get the 86 degrees from where clearly can see rotating the Roto about 250 degrees !!!

Please, invest in a pair of crimping pliers, needle nose pliers isn't the right way to do it (the connector doesn't bite into the insulation enough to properly secure the connector)

I have to say your video is useless for timing help for a newbie!
I have set my Timing successfully when I had points.
When video gets to divide in half, example (43mm) and that is top dead center, but instead of going to top dead he just turns it to align the marks on stator, the T mark, example (23 degrees)!
WTF? SO NOW WHAT ?
Do I stop at the T mark and deduct however far I've continued past my 43 degrees of TDC ,example (23degrees) and what am I marking .
I can't wrap my head around the last part and th guy in the video just stops and sits there while the annoying music plays. He not showing his numbers or what he is marking on the case for strob.
Just sits there.
I'm sure your instruction are just fine but for some reason I can't wrap my head around it....

Ich finde, dass die Masseverbindung im Video nicht "Sicher" genug ist, da der Winkel ja auf den beiden Gummis gelagert ist.
Ich hätte das Massekabel eher an einer den beiden Schrauben mit denen der Winkel am Motorblock befestigt ist angeschraubt.
Das wäre für mich eine Sichere und 100%ige Lösung.
In euren Videos könnet etwas mehr auf Professionelle Werkzeuge achten, das beim Verkabeln geht ja gar nicht.
Für jede erdenkliche Arbeit an der Vespa habt Ihr in eurem Shop ein entsprechendes Werkzeug/ Zange.
In diesem Fall nehmt ihr einen Saitenschneider und eine Spitzzange um die Kabelstecker zu montieren, das ist nicht gerade sehr Professionell.....
Diese Zangen kosten ja nicht die Welt und ihr könnt die bestimmt öfters mal gebrauchen und es kommt Professioneller rüber !!

Bitte das Massekabel auf keinen Fall am Motor anbringen. Dann funktioniert die Zündung nicht! Die Masse braucht eine direkte Verbindung zur Zündspule. Wenn sie vor der Gummilagerung angebracht wird, ist sie isoliert.
