Its a good thing that I don't have any more coconut milk in my pantry or I would mix up another batch! Thank you for the recipe. I'm going to try your beetroot hummus at the weekend.

So I tried making this last week - epic fail!! :( I soaked the buckwheat and rather than a can of coconut milk, I used freshly made coconut milk (from your other video). I think the lack of Guar Gum (which thickens and binds) worked against me. Also, did you strain your buckwheat? My crepes were very wet and refused to solidify and cook thru. They were unflippable and no matter how long I cooked them, they stayed raw and fell apart. I will try again with the CAN of milk. Thanks

The pancakes look very yummy, and such an appealing presentation. Good for you, you can do away with added butter, which is my downfall! Would it be appropriate for someone eating Vegan, to add some baking powder or baking soda to the batter?

How much buckwheat did you use with the 200ml can of coconut milk?
1 cup of buckwheat soaked overnight in water, or for a few hours.
1 can full fat coconut milk.

Did u measure out 1 cup and soak it and use all of it? I soaked mine overnite and it absorbed so much water and tripled the amount of buckwheat groats
