How bad are we talking? Well a certain character who has supernatural Willpower due to certain circumstances was able to feel Subaru’s death and a single one left her beyond broken to the point where she reverted to a childlike state and lost all of her cognitive functions, she was left muttering "I dont want to die" again and again. Her last cognitive thought was "anybody who can function after that cannot be considered a human". Fun fact said character was probably one of the evilest we have seen to this point in the show and was the most "inhuman". Its also been mentioned by Subaru that each death is just as bad and all of this is without considering the physical pain before dying and the mental effect of losing your loved ones. And this was just a single death, he has gone through that hundreds to thousands of times and even more than 100 million times in kasaneru. You can argue for diavolo being stuck in a constant death loop however its never been mentioned if each death is as bad as the previous one and normal biology would force his brain to shut his pain system down after a while anyway so he isnt comparable. Guts on the other hand hasnt gone through anything close to "Death" in ReZero, he still has suffered a lot though and both Subaru and Guts are the goat anyway

E.g Garfiel AND emilia are much weaker in Kanaseru than the main timeline because they never got over their trauma through the trials, and therefore have damaged mental states. (Emilia way more so).
what i'd love to see is an episode where the gang encounters some sort of fortune teller/mind reader, where they go through each character and then finally get to subaru, where the fortune teller/mind reader sees all the brutal shit subaru's been through.
It had already happend my bro, but only with Subaru, in arc 6, in the Hall of Memories. One, called Louis Arneb, just absorbed Subarus body, which allows her to see his memorys. She immidietly left Subarus body, then called him a monster. Nah, Subarus absurdly strong for a human. He’s able to chuck 50 kg with little to no effort, able to hold himself up with one hand while carrying 50 kg with one hand. He’s able to destroy stone with a single punch, and is able to destroy a car with his raw strength alone. He’s can run at least 50 mph, and has fast enough reflexes to dodge a bolt of light magic. He’s incredibly smart, being able to come up with plans comprable to the higher tiers in IQ, being able to come up with plans within milliseconds. He only appears weak because of how absurdly strong everyone around him is.

He dies over and over again trying to save everybody, but fails. Eventually, he gets access to the library of death and finds a book titled "Subaru Natsuki". When he opens the book he is knocked unconscious and is brought to a chat with season 4 Subaru, where he tells him how he is such a great guy and he can't believe how he can suffer and still meet amazing expectations, where season 4 Subaru says "I didn't at first, I wasn't always standing up, I just got used to being knocked down, and always got back up, That's what made the current me".
