@HopeLilly16 thank you for your concern, but believe me..Kiwi is a push over..he has a temper that's for sure, and knows what he wants and doesn't want...and in his 8 years he's never hurt anyone out of anger.
@pandababyful budgies talk really well -- in fact, some of the best talking parrots in the world are budgies-parakeets. look at these youtube videos--do a search to find these two... Mitso the talking budgie Erwin, the Talking Budgie Speaks Up! Aussie Budgerigar. and there's many more like them. note-- typically (not always) males talk more than females.
