This Bentley is possibly the best designed,best Technology motor,I have seen,in 40 years,Yes 3 rd version, has come to its Beautiful birth.This car is my future motor...if you buy this motor,you wont loose out,best regards,Norman Kennedy.
Great review and probably the best one on TH-cam. The issue with any car made by Audi is the options list usually long and ridiculously expensive.
What a car, and once again an informative, grown-up review that shows this amazing machine off to its best effect. I'd rather have one of these than a Rolls.

At last, a near perfect review which is worth every second of the time you need to invest to watch it. More of a surveyor’s report or an inventory this video,tells you everything you need to know most attractively in well-balanced prose (including where the coat hooks in the cabin are!). The comparisons to the competition, also to how WO Bentley would have rated this car, are really along (with everything else described) completely convincing: many congratulations!

This has to be the most in depth, informative and best presented video on the new Continental GT, albeit with some repetition. I've never heard of the channel before or seen the excellent reviewer and based on the content of this video, I've subscribed. My only comment is that it's a pity the video quality is so poor considering the huge amount of work gone into the almost one hour presentation. Get yourself some decent 4k kit and whatever you do, keep the reviewer, he is one of the best I've watched.

this is the most comprehensive review i've seen. it has helped us with our buying decision...when this vehicle becomes available in the US.
19:54 It's irritating there's no option for driving with the veneer only dash position of the rotating display. Why limit choice? Thank you for pointing this out.
Fans of this supercar should watch the Harry's Garage review. This vid is great. Harry's is killer, he mics the rear exhaust and gets on it, an ode to fast driving.

A rare youtube jewel these days.
Extremely comprehensive high quality technically detailed and erudite review without any slick presentational gimmicks or excessive hyperbole. Appropriate comparisons are made with relevant vehicles and there are some amusing lifestyle references. A fine tribute to what can not unreasonably be described as a sybaritic British improvement on the Panamera which in no way should be taken as a criticism of the car.

Great review. Looking at that rear window and for the money i would expect self-parking. Thats my criticism of this car.
Better than anything in its class,nothing like a MK1 drive one,see what mean,it's amazing,bloody good.depending what your thoughts are,we all say it be that it can't be that good,ha but it is....if got the chance to buy this car, has to be in your collection..now it's up to you to sus it out,drive it.

Love the new slight changes front and back, the interior looks amazing too, I'd love to be able to buy one and spec it up myself given the huge options you get, maybe I'd look at some after market wheels though. If I was rich and looking for a all round beautiful/sporty/luxury Grand Tourer for my garage I'd only be looking at this or the Aston Martin! Better start putting more on the lottery though!! Great Video great detail and I doubt you missed anything off

I have to agree with "ldi B" gone is the garble of all the out presenters have done and we now have a complete over view of the Continental GT with comparisons never done and much more information never been said in the past. 18 minutes into this Vid did you start talking about the interior, other Vids I seen, usually take 4 minutes before the interior is mentioned. This Vid is the best I have seen regarding this car. Bentley should do two things in my estimation. One make you their top sales promoter for their cars and two, after this promotion, Bentley should have given that car to you.

OMG, wipers are standard? WOW, What a value
When VW took over Bentley, Bentley had only quite old models. And Bentley didn't had that much money to be able to fund the development of new models. Piech decided to do some cross-finance between VW, Audi and Bentley and they developped the platform which was used for the VW Phaeton, Audi A8 and Bentleys Continental GT and Flying Spur.
That's the new model and the only way car manufacturers can afford to bring you these models these days. Who cares about their similar underpinnings? Its what distinguishes them on top that we all care about anyway.
@@krane15 I know. In the Video they have complained that the basis for the previous Continental GT was an 'old' VW platform. And to this remark i wanted to add something.

British reviewers really love to hear themselves talk. I mean talk talk talk....he says in one moment you don't get an auto mode then in the next few sentences says you get a Bentley mode which in essence is an auto mode. LOL!

Are you sure that the engine has been moved back 15cm? Or, as other motoring journalist report, have the front wheels have been moved forward by 14cm, and the engine lowered?
Last I heard V8 or Hybrid options were not yet released?

They should mention the chrome trim that curves around the rear window. There is a join in the trim. Very poor when you consider on a lot of way cheaper cars this trim is done in one piece. Terrible considering with a decent spec your paying £180k for it. No one mentions it.
I’ve seen this car in the flesh and the join on that trim is really annoying and poor attention to detail
