Just downed my FIRST ever CoQ10 supplement (Ubiquinol - 100mg) while watching this video. I have been on a statin (Crestor) since late April 2023. The main reason I'm starting now is to make sure the statin is not depleting it too much. The statin is doing excellent with brining down my LDC-C. Hopefully, I get this and other benefits.

Hate it how Americans tend to spam the phrase, 'to be honest' or 'If I'm being honest' followed by so called "honest" thing to say. For me it puts my skepticism guard way up and I immediately feel like I'm being conned, because it insinuates that they mostly lie, but when they use that phrase they're briefly being honest with us for one sentence before they go back to lying again. Or they're manipulating you by using that phrase right before they lie so that the lie has a better chance of being believed. Either way that phrase always reflects badly on the person saying it.
If you're already an honest person then it's an unnecessary redundant statement and shouldn't ever be used. Hearing that phrase to me says you're at the very least a little shady and you need to clarify that for this one time I'm actually telling the truth you can believe me for this one sentence.
It's poor form to ever use the phrase 'to be honest' all it achieves is a defensive wall going up in my brain and I no longer believe anything you say. please massage that stupid saying out of your vocabulary.

I've been taking Q10 for about 6-7 years, and for the last 6 months I've been taking Xalertto blood thinner and I don't have any side effects at all. I don't know why, but many patients are addicted to Xalertto.
As far as lowering sugar is concerned, there is zero help, the pressure helps slightly, maybe the therapy helps a little. Many promoters exaggerate success supplements and we know very well that each body has its own story. You can try it and as my doctor wisely told me, it won't hurt you.
