Dear John, I would suggest you practice this routine at least 2-3 times a week. You can pick some of Yogea's other detox routines and alternate them to reap better results. But to really full its effect you need to practice it at least twice a week. Here's to your great health! Namaste!

john charles Every day! If I don’t practice for at least 10 minutes in my day, I don’t feel right. 🤪
