    I just started my 2-week fall Ayurvedic cleanse this morning. I searched for a fall cleansing practice and found you. This is the most unusual series of twists I have ever experienced. I loved it! Shared it on my Facebook page and to my cleanse group. Thank you!

      john charles Every day! If I don’t practice for at least 10 minutes in my day, I don’t feel right. 🤪

      Dear John, I would suggest you practice this routine at least 2-3 times a week. You can pick some of Yogea's other detox routines and alternate them to reap better results. But to really full its effect you need to practice it at least twice a week. Here's to your great health! Namaste!
