This was great, uplifting, and empowering! I did have some confusion at the second ankle to knee, and the following sequences. It seemed that you did the left ankle to knee both times, instead of switching to the right, along with the following moves until the second bridge pose when you switched to the other leg in single legged bridge.
Dear Tiffany, Thank you so much for this precious feedback and for being so attentive. You are spot on. I noticed it while filming, but could not terminate the shoot because this was the last chance to do it at that location. I actually edited the sequence on the spot, so eventually you get to do both ankle-to-knee poses and the transitions involved but the sequencing is not exactly identical on both sides. I have made a note to reshoot this Confidence boosting routine, as the poses and transitions are great and it could be a little more fluid and less confusing ( as you noticed), if it flows the same way on both sides.
