You guys!!! Both individually and together, you've 'pulled me along' with some 'stuff' that has grabbed me... and this Stuff ain't always a conversation topic to people I work with.
As I finished listening up to this just now, a thought crossed the mind (yeah, I know, but, still happens).
Angelo's 'day job' is putting people to sleep (my best buddy from school is also an anaesthetist... so I know that expression (putting to sleep), is not always a kind thing to say.... but it points at something about the nature of sleep, consciousness, pain in the body)...
and the subtle Angelo wakes people up.
What a wonderful combo.
You two are amazing at keeping the flow going. I have to hit pause and walk around the house for a bit before I can continue. Often. Uh...thank you!
I recently reached a point of complete and absolute raw awareness where I was almost paralyzed with existential terror and I thought that was all there was. I was able to get away from that knowing for a bit and find some reprieve from knowing without the terror. This happened after a very violent and blunt pointing from a popular figure on youtube. Thank you for doing this talk as it seems to put some of the pieces together and I feel like I can explore this more without completely falling apart.

Thank you very much Zubin and Angelo 🙏 Indeed, existential angst resonates with what has been experiencing here for almost a month now 😅 And Angelo mentions exactly this link to very early childhood where we were at the mercy of good care of our parents. I was able to trace this existential angst back to this period and I must confess that the discomfort is truly deep and powerful.
This part about being seen resonates so much here. I've felt what you're saying about how your energy creates the space of being fully seen. It's happened here at least a couple of times and each time I began sobbing... seemingly way out of proportion to what was happening. It took a while to recognize that it was feeling being met and seen and thus opened my heart fully. Here it was an experience of complete relief and I believe the tests were a washing away of years of repression.
