Today we return to the US where many of our viewers are from to take a look at more scary legends that have developed in the old US of A over the years. We all knew that one video wasn't going to be enough - we all knew there were a lot of other scary stories out there - and that's what I've come to deliver to you today - my name is Danny Burke, this is the Top 10 Scary American Urban Legends - Part 2.

Here is a positive urban legend from Hermosa Beach, California. It is based on the usual canonical Old Indian Burial Ground. But this ghost is totally benign.He is supposed to be the ghost of a chief whose hereditary job in the tribe was to watch over family relationships and make sure everybody treated their relatives right.The story is that in the 1970's, a couple lived in a house right at the beach. The husband abused his wife for years. Once when there were several witnesses present he threatened her and raised a hand as if to strike her. Suddenly this Indian chief appeared. He looked stern and angry. He spoke to the husband--that is, the wife and the witnesses saw him speak but did not hear anything. The husband was the only one who could hear him. The chief spoke briefly and then disappeared. The husband did not strike his wife; only hurried upstairs. He did not touch or even verbally mistreat her for about ten days, at which time he just packed up and left, leaving her the house and bank accounts etc., and disappeared for good. Some older locals, when they heard the story, told the wife and witnesses who the chief was. Apparently he still protects family members in his old territory.Jay Maupin

I've actually seen the fight between the Schnellgeist and the Duwao (Didn't know their names till now.)
It was after a field trip to an american Indian musical, and when I looked around waiting for the buses to take us back to school to come, I saw heard something that still gives me chills to remember.
It was the Geist screaming.
I think it was about twenty kilometeres away, and then I saw the Duwao leap from underground (Apparently it can burrow) and yank the other out of the sky.
I always thought it was just a rabid dog and some sort of sick bird but now...

I think the bus one is real. My friend was going to my house one night, and she said she’d take a bus, ( and she did ). She was about 10 minutes away and she had disappeared for 4 weeks. At the time she was getting bullied a lot, and she said it felt like it was 10 minutes nothing else, she also claimed that it was still night outside when she was riding it. she got of at a school, ( not gonna state where it is or what it’s called cause well I wanna keep her safe ) and she moved to that school and she had a better life and she found a job from one of the teachers and now she’s happy! So yeah I think / know it’s real.

Bete Grise. The wife and I have been there many times. The Montreal River and Bare Bluff jokes are epic! We have never heard anything sing. However, on days when the wind isn’t its usual from the NW, weird acoustics do occur.

Tlingit here, was so shocked to hear the legend of kooshdakhaa mentioned. My mom (who shares my love of spooky) used to terrify me as a kid with stories about kooshdakhaa, both legends and her own experiences and those of other family members.
I'm pretty sure the musical sand is squeaky sand it happened when there is very high quartz content in the sand. 〒_〒(have fun with that)

You probably won't see this but you should do an urban legends video about West Virginia. I know it's not a country but considering 90% of America still thinks we're part of Virginia I think it should count lol. We have so many urban legends. If you see this please just look in to it if you can.
My dad was raised and lived in West Virginia from as a toddler until he graduated college. So I know it's not part of Virginia still (Which is where I live in). And he lived half an hour away from where the Mothman sightings took place. He was 10 years old when it happened. He told me he believed it for "three seconds" before his parents said it wasn't real. Barely anyone near where he lived believed the bridge collapse was due to Mothman.
You guys should definitely include the mothman next. Hell, they even made a movie about it!

I've actually been to a restaurant called Huggin' Mollie's and that was when I first heard her legend. It was also the first time I ever tasted alligator meat. It was a wonderful experience. The owner who shared the story even sat down with us (me, my parents, and my aunt and cousins) and we had a very pleasant lunch.
