At first I thought it was just people from Ohio who were requesting it but then I began looking into the stories from there - and now I think that people from all over the world have heard some of the creepy tales from this state - it has some of the best in the whole country. @@carriepaul6421 I mean, these stories are quite extreme, but Athens, with the Mental Hospital, Ohio University, and the cemeteries in the shape of a pentagram, the number of stories in such a small area outpace almost anywhere- and this is coming from a dude who doesn't believe the stories (but grew up there)

I agree! We travel to Athens many times a year, specifically the Lake Hope area. And we've been to the Furnaces and Moonville Tunnel, and yes, complete agree about OU, and the Ridges, the cemeteries. Lots of odd, eerie and unexplained things happened to us during our travels.
