It looks really good. Why did you not loosen them with the loosening screws they provide?

The disassembly was to find the error. I had the customer service of Creality (much better than the K1 as a device) with me. We first had to find out where the problem was coming from. Since the hotend was already disassembled, it's easier that way. So no technical or specific reason.

What did you do to solve the problem. I have the same issue

@ayhanaydin7793 It may be due to 2 things. 1. the belt must be tightened more easily (unfortunately this can only be found out by removing the belts) 2. (much easier to do) remove the cover cap from the extruder. At the top you will find a black plastic cover with 2 screws and springs behind it... these springs press on the linear bearings, loosen these screws. I did not reinstall the right spring, it runs much better now. Good luck and success!

My English is even worse than my German. What I wanted to tell you... please start with the 2nd , the springs. If that doesn't work, loosen the belt

Hello Tobias, at my K1 the problem was done with the loosening of the belts. I would really like to help you, but I was able to eliminate the problem. I would not know how to do that, so eliminate a problem that I do not have. Write to the Creality customer service, they are really competent and nice. They have already helped me the 3rd time (new extruder).

And the remaining 20% of what was the problem, my belts are loosely stretched, and the ripples are strong.
