Guys, a note about the POVs: I did record a load of new ones, to make sure that they are accurate to the finished park; but the frames on them were awful - like, really bad. So, I've included old POVs that are better to watch and only included new ones where the sightline is important to the coaster... The hyper, woodie and the Arrow Suspended for example, but NOT the minetrain, dive or invert. Trust me, no amount of editing could have made them watchable and God knows, I tried. :) I also cut out some of the POVs to keep the length down. I'll release a super-cut of just the POVs shortly..

This park is absolutely insane! I love to see how you grow with each park and this one real captures vibes from multiple American parks that I have been to. Love the view from the hotel of the hyper. I think the dive coaster or invert are my favorites though. Love how all the coasters turned out
Awww thanks!! This one was a slog and did turn into a bit of a conveyor belt of coasters, but it did turn out nice in the end.. I'm half glad I took it past phase 2 and half regret it because it felt like the series could have ended at my covid..

I think it was the feather that broke the camel's back.. If it weren't for the hotel, it would have been fine... and if I had put it in earlier, the hotel would have made it tank.. so you're off the hook ;)

Could you do a tutorial on coaster shunt electrical parts, like how to kit it out and what goes where? I guess it depends on the coaster but just in general like what to put where on the coaster?

Lag is the problem here.. this is why the spinning coaster is not in seat view... it isn't watchable... The park is on the workshop if you want to ride it though :)

It will always be like that though... RCT 1 through 3 did. Parkitect does, planco and planzoo... as well as city builders like cities skylines ans sim city.. even the sims. It isn't the developer. It is the type of game we play. Open world games like the ones we play do not lend themselves to what people call "optimisation" as well as a closed world one does. Granted, is it perfect? No, defo not.. but there won't be a magical thing they can tweak to suddenly make it run at 100fps. That.. that is the job of technology. My RTC3 parks that I used to get 4fps with now run at 60 because of 12 years of tech upgrades..
@@Nerdchacho with that I feel you should challenge urself to build in a certain amount of space. I dont know dimensions on planco but like 50x50, 75x75, or 100x100
It would be. There is something you can do using some software called CheatEngine which often helps in this situation, but sadly even that wasn't worth the effort.. it made them worse, so I decided to trade them off.. The supercut will contain all of the "correct" POV's though...
@@Nerdchacho Best solution would be something built into the engine for Planco 2. Just lock the controls and run the game at frame by frame speed while outputting.

planet coaster needs to upgrade their gaming engine to fix lag on big parks. I mean they made the park space that big for a reason.
It will always be like that though... RCT 1 through 3 did. Parkitect does, planco and planzoo... as well as city builders like cities skylines ans sim city.. even the sims. It isn't the developer. It is the type of game we play. Open world games like the ones we play do not lend themselves to what people call "optimisation" as well as a closed world one does. Granted, is it perfect?
