Yes, this is a Mack being used as an Intamin. We don't have the correct type in game, so I'm very much putting lipstick on a pig. Neither in-game flumes would generate the perfect result, so this is the best compromise we have - just like the "Steel Hydra" with "Viper One" trains isn't Vekoma or an STC... or the Mack track with Intamin trains isn't an Intamin Blitz. We do the best with the tools we have. It's either that or not at all.
I always forget you’re known for realism. Love the temple! I also like that you rotate the nondesert rocks but keep the desert rocks all kerplined with the schwooptyboot. I hate a willy nilly desert rock. Love the coasters. Love that you didn’t focus on a person being a ghost. The episode was an orgasmic ball of joy.
I am not triggered at all. Those vest restraints are comfy af. Almost any type of vest restraint is comfy period and I'm all about comfort on rollercoasters. I used to love SLCs but that was when I was a kid and did not experience the headbanging. Now I do and lord I wish everypark would retro fit their SLCs with the new Vekoma style trains.
@@Nerdchacho I went on El Condor, the OG SLC in Walibi Holland before the trains were retrofitted. Man, instant migraine after riding that. Some kiddo was trying to break the record of consecutive rides on the damn thing. 😳😱
Chacho, another absolutely jaw-dropping creation!! I am so inspired to try to make my own Cascade now! One thing-you forgot to show us where the emergency exit door leads at top of the second drop (even though you promised you would show it later)! haha I'd be so curious to see how that's woven in!
Completely blown away by this Chacho. Legit might be my most favorite of your builds thus far. I can't believe how much detail you are able to bring to these rides it's STUNNING!!
They are known for comfort but the B&M ones are debated. I don't know. I like the OTSRs on B&Ms. Never done a vest restraint, like you I plan to go to thorpe to try one but I don't really care about the restraints that much.
Nice video… except for the comment about the vest restraints… I’ve never actually been on a b&m coaster of any type… but going off the new gen vekoma trains e.g. the ones on The Gold Coaster at dreamworld, I’d 100% agree, less head banging is always a positive!!!
RIP BETTY!!!! 100%%%% i hope every one cheers to her.. anyways love your channel bro.. like always.. keep up the amazing work. and like i said i told you the mack would work.. a long version .. not a short version : ): ) and i will come at you bro... the old b&m restraints better then the new ones :P any day.. hands down.. drops mic
Vest restraints are better on certain coasters (invert in particular), but way worse on the dive machine because dive machines rely on the hangtime off the drop. Vests eliminate that feeling
@@Nerdchacho a mood killer is an understatement. It destroys the ride for me, absolutly boring. And I absolutly love dive coasters. Valravn was even quite uncomfortable because the vests really pins you down at the shoulders and chest. But vest restraints were still quite new back then, so that might explain some things. Valkyria for example was a lot more comfortable for me. But with B&M's begin usually smooth, combined with the wide track shaping of a dive coaster, I see no reason why they would use the vest restraints. I'd even think that the new restraint system is more expensive than the old one. But I could be absolutly wrong about that.
I agree... You can only do what the game dictates even though some other people have this weird expectation that I can just change the game to be "more real"...
I think you might have done, yes. The Viper One trains throw a strop when you load the park and you have to put the Hydra ones back on the track to make it work again.. After so many times loading the park and not needing the STC I gave up swapping it out haha
Not to say that I am critique you saying it’s a intamin log flume but from the pictures on the community posts it looks like it should be a Mack ultra splash or maybe there is something I’m missing in the pictures
Only rode swarm and Air (still a vest) and I’ve never had much of a problem, I’ve been stapled on swarm before but that was the ride op. Personally I think clamshells should be on every b&m coaster they’re so comfy and open or the ones they use on their family inverts (vests without the vest)
It is quite hard to be stapled on the Swarm too.. I always find them quite forgiving... Can you imagine something like Detinator with vests? Not a B&M or a coaster, I know.. but the horror...
Vests should be put on old rough coasters like boomerangs or slc’s to make them bearable, all new coasters should have lap bars (clamshells/infinity coaster ones or the overhead ones like Mack and intamin)
The area to the left of the flume should be seperate to the area below, but whatever goes there NEEDS to interact with the cliff wall like fiesta texas
I sometimes ask that myself... I usually have a list of attractions at the beginning of a park and just go from there.. Very often that list changes... or the order changes etc. I tend to make sure that none of my coasters offer a similar experience where possible - so you wouldn't have a Dive or a Eurofighter in the same park.. You wouldn't have a Mack Spinner or a Spinning wild-mouse or an Invert and Arrow suspended etc. Doesn't mean you CAN'T, it is your park... The only exception to this would be airtime machines where you might have a hyper and a giga as the height changes the experience..
I realy like how the ride turned out. The double down on chiappas isnt actualy a double down, the ride drops below the hight of where the "splash" part is, Also, don't forget some gates/ropes in your qeulines so they can be in/decreased in length depening on how buisy the park is (of corse this would just be implied and non functional in planco)
I mean, we can debate whether it is a double-down or not for ever.... some-one some-where will pick apart literally anything I say - I'm in a lose-lose situation either way.. so in this instance, this one double-downs regardless to what Chiapas does or whatever you want to call whatever Chiapas does. And in the style of parks I'm building we don't use ropes etc.. we use gates that are styled the same as the fence style of the queues. Ropes are a lazy US Park way of dealing with queues, where-as parks like Gardaland tend to use stylised gates and not ropes where they can. There are of course some exceptions, but in this instance the "gates" are stylised even if I've not explicitly said it.
At the moment: i9 9900KS GeForce 2080ti 64GB 3400mhz RAM But I'm eyeing up a more powerful system again... Once the snipers have had their choice of the 12th Gen i9s...
I need to make them more outrageous I think.... I keep trying to find them, but people seem to agree.. leaving me wondering who thinks the opposite to start with...

Ohhh..and B&M chest restraints, what can I say? My left shoulder is still hurting from my last ride on The Swarm and that was in October!
Unusual for Swarm to be painful.. This is usually so forgiving!
@@Nerdchacho It was the restrictive restraints that gradually trapped me in my seat. By the end I couldn't move my upper body a cm forwards.
