The ruby and diamond bracelet was lovely.
My Daddy and I LOVED RED SKELTON so much! He was hysterical!
Lindanorris My family and I enjoyed his show in the twentieth century!
Barbara Marx cracked me up--she wanted, and got, both diamond rings. Good going, girl.

As a redhead,I find ALL silver jewelry turns my skin green. Therefore, NO silver for me. At all. I prefer gold. Rose gold. Very pretty. I’ve recently seen someone create PURPLE gold!!! I’m in love and want a piece !
Rose gold makes me think of plumbing. I can't get on with it at all.
Wonderful! Красота спасет мир. Thank you.

Kite cut trillion diamonds on pink sapphire ring
no smoking. keep hydrated
Who would want such fine diamonds set in silver? Not me. I couldn’t get them out of the silver fast enough.
Very interesting, as always.
@@GCMC-m2h I’m in complete agreement with you about that.
I don’t wear gold because my skin tone is winter. Gold is summer. I don’t like how it reflects off my skin.
@@CaraFay-bf8jk That’s understandable. Does even white gold do that?
@janeceeastwood8035 White gold sets off diamonds beautifully. Yellow gold detracts from white diamonds, oddly enough. Identical diamond rings, one set in each color gold will demonstrate this.
This is a vintage necklace, likely Georgian (1714 - 1830), set with mine cut and rose cut diamonds (as opposed to todays brilliant cut), made at a time when diamonds were almost exclusively set in sterling, and the necklace would have been kept brightly polished. Silver is the whitest, and brightest precious metal (hence it's use in mirrors). Sometimes the silver was backed by gold to prevent tarnish where the necklace touched your skin. Platinum wasn't used Until the late 1800's, and white gold wasn't commercially available until 1912 (and because of it's gold content, white gold is almost always plated with rhodium). The necklace would lose most of it's value if the stones were reset. Apparently this necklace, which was sold for $35.5K, is now available for $120K. Georgian jewelry is very collectible now, and is increasing in value.
Not silver, platinum.
I be don’t wear silver it upsets my skin. I can only wear gold and platinum.
no ear piercings. safe skin love.
no alcohol molecule's. drink mire freshwater
Could you at least give credit to the Sothebys' Franks Files Videos? A lot of the footage reminded me of those so I checked, and they are obviously from there.
Thanks for your point. I've added credits to video description.
Funny how jewelry has always had such devotees but in my personal opinion, most of the settings they are set in look really bland and trite. I like Sinatra's wife's choker (she could pull it off, I'd just look like a bulldog in it, because I have always had a short neck) but I like less gems and less gold and more gleaming silver or chromium. I love chrome on 1950's cars. Gold looks ok against dark skin but nowhere else, in my personal opinion. That's the main thing I dislike about President Trump, his love for gold. But he's a man of the people, after all....🤫😏
OK, "Old Hollywood," Tony Randall, sure, but Mary Tyler Moore, uh NO!!!!
It is soo annoying listening to robats.
At least it doesn't have an American accent - those are the worst.
