True to the Red, White & Blue Salad - Full of Fruity Flavor! A Perfect No-Bake Holiday Dessert!

- True to the Red. White & Blue Salad
1 (3.3 oz) box white chocolate instant pudding mix
1 cup cold milk
8 oz container Cool Whip
2 cups mini marshmallows
4 cups fresh strawberries, cleaned & quartered
2 cups fresh blueberries
Whisk together the white chocolate pudding mix and milk until well combined and starting to thicken.
Gently fold in the Cool Whip until well combined. Gently stir in the marshmallows. Fold strawberries and blueberries into the pudding mix. Cover and chill about two hours before serving.

If you like a parfait, layer the creamy filling and fruit separately in clear plastic glasses for a picnic, if you like trifle, layer the ingredients with angel food or pound cake in a clear bowl. I think I’m going to substitute the whole milk for oat or almond and add pineapple because I love it. My son is vegan so it’s hard for me to find desserts he can eat. I could even use juice instead I guess. Love your recipes and you can tell you are a great teacher. Happy 4th of July!
