Hello my name is Justin and I'm a Christian and Apologist but I'm also a college graduate. I'm not a closed minded Theist as I have nothing against Atheists or unbelievers as I speak to them often to understand their reasons for unbelief but we as Christians are convinced of God's Existence due to many real factors). I'm not trying to convert anyone or convince anyone to become Christians as that's The Holy Spirit's job to help people believe but only explain why I believe in Jesus Christ. There's actually evidence of God's Existence in Christianity. First of all there's proof that Jesus of Nazareth existed in history since the writings of Tacitus, Josephus Flavius, Pliny the younger and other historical documents prove that He was living two thousand years ago that even scholars both religious and Atheists agree with historically speaking but not that He's The Divine Son of God because obviously they don't.
I'm going to give you historical and archeological evidence for God's Existence as The Scriptures have prophecies that predate the events recorded in them by several millennia including Matthew, Hosea and Zechariah which prophesy accurately of the people of Israel becoming a nation again after over 1900 years of being scattered around the nations since the destruction of the Temple in Jerusalem in 70 A.D. spoken of by Christ in Matthew 23:29-24:3 and returning to their homeland after The Holocaust with Jerusalem as their capital in 1948 exactly as Jesus The Christ said. The prophets including Daniel spoke of the time where several world empires would arise and fall including the Babylonian kingdom, Medes and Persians, Roman Empire, and Saladin and the Muslims which went in consecutive order for the past few millennia. The people of Israel becoming a nation after The Holocaust in 1948 (ironically the melting point of gold as God compares Israel to gold that's tested in fire in Zechariah 13:8 and Jeremiah 16:15) exactly how Jesus The Christ said would happen since God us everything to come in The Scriptures and not just because people were working towards as Atheists claim which are impossible for any regular man to predict.
Just before anyone says Christianity is a white man's religion made to oppress blacks during slavery you obviously aren't aware that the first Christians were Jews in The Middle East and that Christianity just like any religion can be used by evil and corrupt people to oppress others but you forget that the first Abolitionists/Civil Rights activists were Christians who sought to abolish slavery, racism, segregation, injustice and prejudice throughout American history. Jesus The Christ loves you enough not to give you what we all deserve which is God's Wrath by His Own Blood. Charles Darwin didn't originally come up with The Theory of Evolution over 200 years ago as it is mentioned in the writings of Ancient Greeks who believed in Demons that gave knowledge to philosophers.

ago funny how they won't believe that God an Eternal Almighty Spirit Being created us from the Earth) which came from a supermassive expansion of matter at high temperature that inexplicably created everything in the known universe that supposedly came from nothing billions of years ago. How did the organs evolve before there were bones, skin, substance and how did any creatures see before eyes evolved? I've studied evolution and abiogenesis in the past and read Darwin's " Origin of The Species" and I'm not convinced of macro Evolutionary biology whereas I accept micro Evolution like speciation and adaptation but not macro Evolution because there's no evidence of it nor clear observable examples of it where living creatures evolve into other kinds of species plus the fact that fossils don't show evidence of evolution and genetic entropy rules out evolution. The question begs how did two genders evolve from a common ancestor with a perfectly hospitable and sustainable environment with breathable oxygen and resources to survive on inexplicably? Atheists have the burden of proof to explain how everything came to be and why our existence is possible without the Existence of God from an godless perspective just as Christians have to provide evidence of God's Existence and the validity of His Word.
Evolution requires life to already exist in order to take any effect in living organisms so it doesn't account for the existence of Life and reality. Also evolution is impossible because it goes against The Law of entropy and the second Law of thermodynamics because evolution makes things better whereas nothing continues to get better but decays and turns to absolute destruction in the end. Mark Ridley an Evolutionist said "No evolutionist whether gradualist or punctuationist uses the fossil record as evidence in favor of The Theory of Darwinian Evolution as opposed to special Creation". God's Existence is made perfectly known and observable in the universe as demonstrated in His Handiwork in the intelligently designed manner that Creation was made, human consciences and consciousness historical and archaeological evidence of God's Word being valid history, fulfillment of Bible Prophecies God in His Holiness and Righteousness could give us what we deserve in Hell for our since but He's merciful to give us free will to choose to accept or reject His gift of salvation by grace through faith in His Son Jesus. Dude I'm 5'6 and even when I was a skinny teenager with bad acne and bad fashion I still got girls, I'm in my thirties now still the same height and I still get women. Only women with overly inflated egos that are extremely fragile give that much attention towards being tall. I've been with women taller than me and I've even dated women taller than me. I agree with most of these. But regarding "Bad attitude and manners". It seems like "bad boy" is preferable over "gentleman" if you ask many women. When I say "bad boy" I don't mean "asshole", "douchebag" etc., and when I say "gentleman" I don't mean "nice guy", "simp", "doormat" etc.

Not sure how you mean bad boy in this situation but if we're talking about a guy who swears in front of kids, doesn't say please or thank you, interrupts when someone is speaking, is argumentative and combative, and parties and gets wasted all the time then that's rlly unattractive for most grown women. I'm 22 and although I'm not that experienced in life yet, these are turn offs for me. I think if I were to describe an attractive "bad boy" it really has nothing to do with manners, it's just someone who isn't a pushover or a people pleaser (i.e. has boundaries and respects those of others), someone who is original and thinks for himself and maybe has a creative or edgy hobby/day job.

I'm dating a girl now. I really don't get what she sees in me. My negative traits far outweigh my positive traits. She says that I'm "the kindest person she knows". It's really nice and flattering to hear, but I know it can't be true. I try to be kind, but I don't feel like I do enough. I think kindness is important, but I don't think it's enough on its own.
Dude, cut that mentality out. It holds you back from being successful in life. Have confidence in yourself. How do you build up confidence? Set up small goals and work towards them (ie in 1 month I will learn a song a guitar, i will go for a 30 min walk daily, in 1 year I want to be able to speak another language etc). Then start to make bigger goals (ie in 2 years I want to be a supervisor at work, this year I won't spend money on useless things).
She sees something she likes I you run with that. Don't be someone down in the dumps all the time. Keep your chin up dude.

I'm married to a wonderful woman but just wanted to add my 2 cents here. Yes my wife is an attractive woman but I remember the thing that really stuck out to me was just how kind she was to everyone. She was especially kind to vulnerable people, like old or mentally handicapped. And she wasn't afraid to stand up for people. Yes she stood up for herself too, but it was even more of a turn-on to see her defending others. Anyway, I thought that was interesting how you said this was one of the top things women look for in a guy, and it goes the other way around too (at least for me).
I get told I'm very ugly/undateable, because I'm an Asian male. Something I can't control, but I continue to move forward anyways. Hopefully I can move out of Seattle soon

No, don't get it twisted! That's cool and desirable to certain girls, maybe we're not all the high maintenance glam type, but we do exist. Personally, I've never identified as a nerd but have always liked creative hobbies and the occasional video game. I also like fashion and enjoy getting dolled up but it took me a while to get into to my 'feminine' side since I was a bit of an ugly duckling in my teens. Guys just have to have a bit of patience with us 'nerdy' girls cuz we usually get prettier as we age haha!
I can’t agree more than heavy drug use. I was a on different opioids and I’ve noticed my face was really bloated and redness. I’m ~90 days clean and I’ve noticed how much better I look now
im clean, over 6 feet, make 80k a year, no kids, dress fine, floss, brush and tongue scrape. good personality, average looks, atheltic build. and i have been turned down by every girl ive tried to pull in the last decade. i am completely invisible to women

Interesting info re:sleep that I hadn't heard! O know 2 people with BIG Insoinia challenges (1 man, 1 woman). Not only does it affect them physically, but, it really hurts their mental health. Very stressful! (a woman)

It's also that time where our immune system gets to do some things that doesn't get to do during the day, just like other bodily functions that are distracted by the consciousness. That's why you might not see a scab or scratch go away during the day but could disappear overnight. Your brain can do more for the body when you are asleep
This is why when women say a man should be "vulverable" it is the worst advise ever because a lot of times for man it comes out as just bitching to your partner, which is a turn off to complain about lack of money or work drama.

I am the type that was never asked how I feel my entire life - leading to me not talking about that at all, since I was raised in a way that suggests nobody cares. After 3 years of therapy I started opening up JUST A LITTLE, to gain my confidence in that field.
Since then I realized it to be a FACT - women DON'T want to know how you feel. Every single time I brought up how I feel in a situation, especially if it was related to how she acted (and she acted poorly), even if it was the first time in our relationship, she would instantly cringe, and go into the mode of "You are too sensitive", "you talk too much about how YOU feel" even tho it literally occured once.
Women just don't want men to have any negative feelings, especially if those feelings are because those women acted poorly towards you.

So happy to hear you shouting out mindfulness meditation! Meditation brings me such joy and peace. Science shows the benefits are tremendous and I personally hope people in general stop being so skeptical of how beneficial it is and just do it. I hope it becomes more like exercise or reading: not everyone does it, but you'd have to be a pretty unusual person to argue it's not useful and worthwhile. Meditation is deeply healing and moreover, it's essentially a way to observe and engage with our thoughts and emotions on the most fundamental level possible, by just being present with them and, rather than deliberately fleeing from them or stifling them, just allowing them to be. So meditation is worthwhile because learning about and sitting with our minds is worthwhile, *we* are worthwhile. As one TH-camr I love put it, "The best time to start meditating is right now." Because it really is! You don't need *anything* to meditate, it is essentially just paying attention. I love exercise but you do ideally need at least a mat, exercise clothes + shoes, and some weights, and if you can afford it a gym membership, to do it properly. All you need to meditate is yourself. I could go on and on, but it sounds like you don't meditate even though you respect it as a practice that can help people so I'll leave it at that. I'll just also agree about taking deep breaths (something Buddhism emphasizes alongside meditation- I am not Buddhist but I have a lot of respect for its more beneficial teachings) sleep, and exercising, all tremendously useful for stress reduction. I would have faced so much more stress in school without meditation or exercise. Good to be commenting again, Courtney, and it's always good to see you looking so happy and healthy!

Dude I'm 5'6 and even when I was a skinny teenager with bad acne and bad fashion I still got girls, I'm in my thirties now still the same height and I still get women. All I've met are already set by relatives to date someone they already knew. Tons of cheaters too. At my work all of them are cheaters. Last night I was at a party and the women were cheating on their husbands with aholes who had nothing to show for, those dudes cant even pay for her coffe, but she cheats on her spouse with that scumbag. And everyone inside there are related either by blood either by toxic friend. So even getting promoted is rigged. Me and few of my friends tried approaching several women but either end up being friendzoned or they are pre set to date/sleep with someone else, usualy someone who has either ritch parents or bribed his way to higher position. Like I said the game is rigged in so many ways...The shifts have crazy hours which wears you off and stops you from looking for a date outside. Its nightmare. For the party I invited a girl to be my date, but she said she's not coming, being too tired. But at the party I saw her with a coworker of mine who's aready married, dancing together. The most disgusting thing I felt was when my female coworkers tried to trick me into dating a 50year old grandma🤢🤮 which of course I refused so they started shouting that Im toxic and bs like that while everyone looking. Two of them even said to me how they want to watch me doing you know what...🤢😳There so much more to it but even this is long and not even half of it...

Sometimes i use some of those bad habits, plus excessive smoking to keep some nuisances and negatives away.
Just a few thoughts to share with those younger men. I have a moral compass which I follow that includes being honest, not just to others but also to myself. I respect women and, in my own way, let them aware of it. I have found that smiling makes one much more attractive and approachable. Allow a woman to come into your world at her own speed and time. Yes, it can be frustrating but the alternative is to turn them off. Give the gift of yourself and do not expect a similar return. It will come when you don't expect to be rewarded for giving that gift.
I am 71 years young and have always been complimented on how much younger that I appear and act. The secret that I believe to be is to laugh, be happy about where you are in the moment. FYI, I am 5'7" and could stand to lose a few pounds (maybe a lot :) but I possess an optimistic attitude. Trust me on this that people take notice! I have had women half of my age approach me because I make them feel comfortable and relaxed.
My simple piece of advice is to treat everyone that you meet the way that you would like to be treated. Be that person!

Adaptation to a very sick society is not healthy. Maintenance of oneself, most of what you talked about regarding hygiene and exercise, is more important than "appearing" a certain way for someone else who really doesn't deserve any of your time.

Quite literally changed my diet to eggs in the morning and chicken, rice, and broccoli for lunch and dinner. Hoping to keep this up for months to cut excess fat. Plenty of chubby guys end up with models, but I’m not one of those guys 😂😂
I've been on the chicken, rice and broccoli diet for 2 months and dropped almost 30 lbs. It works so well and easy to adhere to without cravings. Make sure to eliminate all fats, e.g. butter, oils, cheese, etc

Been on basically that diet for years now. My advice is to invest in a rice cooker and a plentiful supply of different spice mixes for your meat. Little spice, some soy sauce, or butter and salt makes the same thing tasty and all new again.

Life has its ways and we the people need to adjust to what makes us a better person. As you've mentioned the internet can be one's downfall - lots of garbage on it and weeding through it takes time, but worth it if you want to improve. Seriously, though, my guess is that women like you when you just get off work because that's when you look like a guy who does something that requires skill, responsibility and reliability. Smart women respect that in a man. The ones who don't respect that, well, what do you want with them, anyway?

Question for Courtney: What advice would you give to men trying to meet women but have a hard time due to having hobbies that are very niche and only appeal to a small minority of people? I ask this because my hobby and passion is Metal and I'm specifically referring to Underground Metal. I am a collector of vinyl records, I go to concerts and shows frequently, and my apparel of choice are jeans and a band T-shirt (most of my shirts are black). Most normie type women HATE metal and I'm not talking about more mainstream bands like Metallica, Black Sabbath, and Iron Maiden nor am I talking about the musical abomination that many people mistakenly associate with Metal that being Nu Metal and Metalcore with bands such as Slipknot, Korn, and Linkin Park. I am referring to more underground styles of metal such as Thrash Metal, Death Metal and Black Metal. To give you an idea of what I'm talking about some bands that I listen to are: Blasphemy, Beherit, Archgoat, Rotting Christ, Impaled Nazarene, Black Witchery, Mortician, Possessed, Deceased, Dismember, Pestilence, Autopsy, Carcass, Haemorrhage, Immolation, Incantation, Nunslaughter, Destroyer 666, Crucifier, Grand Belial's Key, Bestial Warlust, and Arghoslent just to name a few. I think you have a broad idea of what this music sounds like based off of the names of the bands I have listed and thus you should understand how many women would be turned off by this type of music yourself included. You can use the website Metalarchives.com and type any of the listed bands I mentioned in the search bar and it will tell you the sub genre of metal they play, the lyrical themes they write about, as well as their entire back catalogue of Albums, EP's and all the music they pretty much recorded if you want to get a better idea of the music that I listen to. The venues that hold shows for these type of bands are small pubs where the number of people that attend are within 100-400 people. The shows are male dominated as would be expected from a genre of music that is fueled by the rigors of masculinity and throwing everything that further strengthen's the will of man at the listener with themes such as Death, War, Militarism, Very explicit details about dying that are gory, Satanism, Blasphemy, Occultism, Black Magic, Necromancy, Paganism, Ancient Religions that predate the Abrahamic religions, and complete Irreverence and Scornful Mockery of everything that is holy and weak. The few women that do attend these shows that I find attractive either all have boyfriends, are married, or above my age group (I'm 25 FYI). For this reason I have a very difficult time finding a woman who is into the same hobbies as me. Musical taste is of no concern for me when it comes to finding a woman to be in a relationship with as I understand that Death Metal and Black Metal are an underground phenomenon and thus are not for everyone. I just would like to find a woman that has a great personality, accepts me for who I am, is understanding, loyal, is a virgin (before you ask yes I am a virgin and I have never been in a relationship), is okay with me not wanting kids, is okay with me not wanting to sign myself into slavery through marriage (we would be life long partners just not married), does not drink or at the least drinks very little (I know this is strange coming from someone into Underground Metal haha), and contributes to the relationship. The problem is I feel I have very little in common with all of the people I am surrounded by. Being into the type of music that I'm into you feel like a complete outsider to most people as when you mention the type of music you listen to to them and the bands you're into they have no idea what you're even talking about. I always avoid the topic of music with people outside of metal as it saves me the headache of having to explain it to them. Mainstream music such as Rap, Country, Pop, and R&B I find to be completely unlistenable and do not resonate with me at all. I find mainstream hobbies and topics such as spectator sports, TV, Social Media, mainstream politics etc. to be pretty lame and uninteresting thus I don't have much in common with most people. Also I don't approach women as I automatically feel they would not be interested in me or my hobbies and I find it hard to relate to most of them or find common ground. It feels unnatural to me to start a conversation with a normal women as I already feel that I'm walking on thin ice. My height is 6'4 and I have been told that I intimidate people with my presence and one person mistakenly believed I didn't like her due to the fact that I'm an Introvert and I mostly keep to myself and the fact I tower over most people coupled with this makes it so women don't approach or engage with me. Part of me believes that I am wasting my time even entertaining the idea of being in a relationship and that I should just focus on my hobbies and pursuing my degree in Economics. From elementary school to my 40s, every single time I've attempted to look good, improve my grooming, dress nicer, etc, I have ALWAYS gotten beaten up. Every single time. It always starts the same, getting shit thrown at me until I throw something back. Followed by the bullies saying, "hey, wanna fight?" And even when I backed away, I'd get jumped by 2-3 of them. Never, ever was it 1 on 1. My clothes would be ruined, my face and body bloodied, and hair ruined or torn out. Yes, this has even happened at bars with men in my age range attacking me yet again.

I always thought compliments helped new people feel welcomed as a leader in a group, it got perceived as flirting and the person I was interested in, spent time together on the weekends, said she needed space to work on her self. So I got back into rowing and powerlifting, giving her that space. I didn’t know the space was a test for me to stop being friendly to everyone, till it was too late. She’s had a boyfriend for a month from the group and still gets after me, I know now; I don’t have much non dating app experience.
Some guys are angry cos' it's an issues from their bad childhood. But it takes a caring woman to see past that. The guy still needs to find ways to help himself and try to make things work out with his partner.

I've studied evolution and abiogenesis in the past and read Darwin's " Origin of The Species" and I'm not convinced of macro Evolutionary biology whereas I accept micro Evolution like speciation and adaptation but not macro Evolution because there's no evidence of it nor clear observable examples of it where living creatures evolve into other kinds of species plus the fact that fossils don't show evidence of evolution and genetic entropy rules out evolution. The question begs how did two genders evolve from a common ancestor with a perfectly hospitable and sustainable environment with breathable oxygen and resources to survive on inexplicably? Atheists have the burden of proof to explain how everything came to be and why our existence is possible without the Existence of God from an godless perspective just as Christians have to provide evidence of God's Existence and the validity of His Word.
Evolution requires life to already exist in order to take any effect in living organisms so it doesn't account for the existence of Life and reality. Also evolution is impossible because it goes against The Law of entropy and the second Law of thermodynamics because evolution makes things better whereas nothing continues to get better but decays and turns to absolute destruction in the end. Mark Ridley an Evolutionist said "No evolutionist whether gradualist or punctuationist uses the fossil record as evidence in favor of The Theory of Darwinian Evolution as opposed to special Creation". God's Existence is made perfectly known and observable in the universe as demonstrated in His Handiwork in the intelligently designed manner that Creation was made, human consciences and consciousness historical and archaeological evidence of God's Word being valid history, fulfillment of Bible Prophecies God in His Holiness and Righteousness could give us what we deserve in Hell for our since but He's merciful to give us free will to choose to accept or reject His gift of salvation by grace through faith in His Son Jesus. What you have said is right and I do all of those things for myself, as far as them being attractive to a great woman as you put it, I'm sure there are few of them out there clearly not enough for all of us, but at this point in life I'd settle for a good book to read, it would be more peaceful no doubt.

It’s hard because I like going to the gym but there’s that stigma about meeting women there. Even thought I under stand that it’s possible. The other thing is I don’t drink or do drugs, women think I’m boring or no fun cause I don’t drink anymore. It’s always let’s go for a drink or things like that. I do all these things on the list and still it’s not easy. I’m not bad looking but not a Chad so I guess that’s why.
