I don't complain about the camera work. You took the effort to fiddle yourself, the brush, the glass AND the cam into that hatch 💪

The hull has a good looking shape to it. All the little steps add up to the end result. I have a plywood catamaran that has the same crossbeam attachment you are using and it works well. Im interested in how you attach the base of the mast to the center of the beam, as that is where all the stress is. I rebuilt my beams using an oak, pine sandwich with an oak mast step in the shape of a box. I had 2 people, supplies and extra space for more on a 16 foot cat.

@@zackariasthepirate I haven't come to that construction part yet on this build but you could look in the playlist for another catamaran that I made, th-cam.com/play/PLX8LJx74CkuKW8XOa8iFlpvTWhDVDHjUC.html&si=FhT3qMS8GdVZ1T24. However, there are at least two different strategies to take on this problem. Either, you could build the mast step as strong as possible and hope that no stay ever breaks, like a hinge. If any stay break the whole boat may disintegrate when the hinge breaks loose. Or, you could construct something that will fail in a controlled manner, like a mast pin.
