I’ve been having a hard time getting back into meditation as my mind can’t stop lately. This was the 1st time I’ve been able to go there & fast - when we went to the pit, I immediately felt energy throughout my whole body & didn’t want to come out when u asked. It was so great being back with source energy. Next, I could actually feel the pineal in my head and the energy seemed to stay there. I tried going back & forth, and my heart rate went up. Lol… what a trip. I’ve done all kinds of meditation in my life & this was somehow a super quick way for me to get into meditation mode. If u ever read this, thank you!!!!!

Thank you Alain! On one occasion I gave a 7 hour long (!) anatomy slideshow presentation with a blind person seated in the front row. I was very conscious of the fact that even though I was showing images all day, that I also had to "paint the picture" for that person's mind with my words. It was a profound challenge and positive experience, and that person afterwards told me how much they enjoyed the presentation. It was not the only time this occurred, so I got to practice it a little bit over the years, I'm glad it must have stuck with me to do that, thank you for noticing :)

This is very helpful. I love Dispenza’s meditations on the pineal gland but I find that he doesn’t explain the process well enough for me. I tried for months and just couldn’t get the hang of it. It really becomes much easier when you know exactly where these spots are located though. I now use my own combination of tantra, slow methodical breathing timed with contracting perineum & core muscles and of course visualization of these areas.

Please do more videos on this subject. Does frequency or vibration effect the Pineal gland? Is the calcification of the gland natural? What history do you know of the gland? I've come across alot of literature and readings over the years about ancient peoples knowing of the spirituality that comes with being in touch with your pineal gland. Interesting how none of this is talked about today.

Meditation for hormone balancing and increase production seems like the move ✊🏿 add that when 8-9 hours of sleep, eating the right food, working out, reading, and practicing a craft. You'll evolve to a new level

Thank you Dr. Gil for sharing this indescribable feeling of meditation. Unfortunately, I suffer from Sheehan's syndrome after giving birth and my pituitary gland has shrunk and now I take hydrocortisol pills. I want to find a meditation to get my brain to understand this problem. Please help me in this way. Thank you very much.
