Thanks for sharing. I bought my 23 Tacoma TRD Off Road, crew cab, with the premium and technology plugs with the 6’ bed. It had only 6K miles. It was the dealerships loaner pickup. It also had the Tri-fold tonneau cover and running boards. During my first week of ownership I installed a K&N cold air intake, mud flaps and window vents. My truck is basically a Limited with the TRD Off Road pkg. My next upgrade will be Katzkin TRD Red Leather seats. After Katzkin removed the factory black leather seat covers and installs the TRD Red, a friend wants to buy the black leather to go into his 23 which has Grey cloth seats. I had a Flowmaster Flow FX dual exhaust on my last pickup, so I’ll have one installed on my Tacoma as well. I had my last pickup 2 toned in red and I got a LOT of compliments on it. My wife loved it too, so I’ll have my White Tacoma 2 toned , following the body lines painted in Barcelona Red metallic and have it pinstriped. I’ve installed some trim pieces in TRD red already. I’m an old duffer so my Tacoma is a work in process. I’ll keep the factory height, but increase the tire size. I’m also looking at having an Overland Tailor Tune installed for the torque to come on at 2K RPMs and Stop the transmission from “hunting” for the right gear. Eventually I’ll buy new wheels and sell my factory wheels.
Nice! Looks like you have some cool mods already on the Tacoma. The aftermarket support for these trucks are awesome. You can find so much mods for these Tacomas.
Hey Michael Tran, I appreciate your focus and attention to detail for the 2WD Tacoma community… I have a question for the third accessory you suggested. Do you have to add a magnet to the back of your phone or will the MagSafe feature on the iPhone work?
Hey, I was wondering if when you changed over to a 3-in exhaust if you lost any power or if the way the truck drove changed at all? I was thinking of going with a 3-inch carven exhaust but everyone I talked to says if I go over two and a half inch I'm going to lose power. I plan to install a procharger in the future but that won't be for some time and I don't want to lose drivability in the meantime.
Some of the mods you show a nice, but I have a real problem with why you would pay extra to advertise someones product when you get nothing in return but the product at a higher price. Seems to me they should be paying you to advertise their product instead of the orher way around. Sorta like wearing a cap that advertises a product, but you get nothing out of it but the cap and a bill tjat advertises their product at your expense. Just saying...
Im just simply doing a video showing different mods people can do under $100...I do get a bit of commission on it if they buy from the link in the description

Great video and ideas ! I can tell u get the most use out of your truck with work and fun “off roading “ keep up with the videos Mike!
Thanks David...yea, it's an overall fun truck for everything from daily driver to taking in on some fun trails.
Just bought my first TRD Sport. These mods you showed look good for such a decent price.
They are really reasonable price
@@Michael_Tran Very reasonable. You can go crazy with all the mods. 🤣
Hey Michael Tran,

Hey bro...thanks. I have a square magnet. So far no issue with the iPhone
Great video man. Never disappoint. I'm trying make 2016 TRD SPORT sound more aggressive.
Thanks man...the MBRP definitely will give it a nice sound, however it does drone. The cold start in the morning though is nice.
Does the exhaust tip make the truck have a different sound to it? Like a deeper tone?
It's mainly for look but the 3inch mbrp exhaust does give you a deeper sound not just the exhaust tip.
that oil drain plug is pretty cool
Its one of my favorite mod
Hey Michael, great content! I'm thinking about going up to Big Bear. Where are you headed this weekend?
Were thinking of going to explore Trona Pinnacles...it's a cool area
Great list. Thanks for the video!
Mobile detailer!
Same here bro

Honestly I didn't feel like I lost power changing to the 3inch exhaust
Thanks Mike!! 👍
Good video! 💪🏼🤙🏼
Thank you
What kind of low bumper is that?
It's the C4 Lo Pro bumper
Good stuff
Hey! First! Cool
Haha...thanks!
Thank you for the Mod List
Hopefully it helps

exhaust tips.... nah
Only the mat does something useful from all these accessories. What a waste of money these people go through to make TH-cam videos.
