As for Nappa I don't think there's any reason they could conceive for any character to want to bring him back, maybe if we get a Xenoverse 3 that is just nothing but Alternate Times with things like What If Nappa Survived/Was Revived).

I had an interesting thought about another character during this discussion when Dedoria came up. What if Zarbon lived through Namek and had to take over the Frieza Force after both Frieza and Cold died? It could legitimately be interesting.
Raditz turning good would be fitting considering the rest of his known family are good. Granted Bardock and Gine were [to many people whose planets they invaded] villains but we know for them that was mostly a job and didn't totally reflect their character. So much so with Gine to the point she stopped being a soldier. Meanwhile Nappa gets sympathy because he was totally destroyed by the kid he's been looking after and working with for years, with that kid basically getting a happy ever after. But at this point I don't think it would make much sense for them to come back. Like the moment has passed. Though stranger things have happened in this story I suppose.
Honestly if Nappa ends up mastering Ozaru, i feel like he would eventually end up unlocking Saiyan 4 before anyone else, since Ozaru ties to it directly. Or some saiyan 4 like form.

How did he train, what was he eating, did he have some super juice, WHAT WAS THE JUICE!? We can dream though.
