Hi....I'm from Australia. We have a huge affinity with lamb, your recipe is great. If I may suggest, if you like a hit of spice heat a teaspoon of cayenne pepper will compliment the honey. And if you don't mind one other herb.....sage, the old song "Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme" and for a burst of citrus a squeeze of lemon at the very end or a scattering of pomegranate seeds.
This is a great marinade. I like the same flavors but blend up a little Dijon, red wine vinegar, and a tiny bit of honey, capers and caper juice. Grilling is the icing on the cake! 😍
If you want to copy my lamb chops, you will need some lamb chops, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, Coricha, Italian seasoning, pepper, salt, butter, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, fresh parsley, and asparagus. It doesn’t have to be asparagus. You can pick any side that you want.
We love lamb and always have some in the freezer, we usually sear on the stove and finish in the oven. This method looks simpler, maybe we’ll try it with a touch more garlic 🧄 😋👏🏽
We enjoy lamb. Cook it twice per month usually. Always swapping recipes. Going to make your version next except we like ours cooked medium. Looks Great!
Thank you young lady for your great presentation, especially with regard to your comments on how you washed and cleaned your meat, and the importance of wearing gloves. Many older cooks leave the wearing of gloves out of their video. When it comes to using your hands in food, everyone should wear gloves. If I see a person mixing up meatloaf or anything else with their bare hands, then just count me out. I don't want any. God bless you,
about to try this recipe.. was wanting to make a lamb ravioli using ground lamb but my store was out so I got some chops Gonna try a feta ravioli with these lamb chops and maybe a white wine sauce of sorts? No idea what will happen when I start experiment but I appreciate the guidance! Are there any specific cooking tips or methods used to make your lamb tender and juicy? Or does the meat quality speak for itself w lamb chops?
Tried the recipe this afternoon, it doesn’t contain much salt which waste a bit of its fragrance. It’s flavorful but in a mild sense, if homemade seven spice lamb kebab is 8 then the strength of the flavor of this is kind 5, slightly sweet, buttery and can’t taste much black pepper and onions in it. Too oily and greasy as well, I probably just don’t like lamb chops and should chop some fat out.
I'm going to try this tomorrow I can finally have red meat and lamb is a good source of protein that I can only have once or twice a week. Will post pics:)
Definitely one of the best recipes I've ever tried!! So quick and easy, but is restaurant quality. The instructions were a little confusing at first, but I got creative and the end results were fantastic. My husband asked me to add it to the family recipe box so we always have easy access. Thank you!!
Lamb chopped looked way overdone. Most people eat lamb chops med to med rare. This recipe just keeps them cooking once you've attained a med. sear which would make it way over done for my liking.
I been waiting on this one! Just discovered my love for lamb chops this year and I use every one of your recipes so this is definitely on the list!
Wow, it's a pleasure to see your face. I been watching your old videos, and you never showed yourself 😂

Also, I know this isn’t the point of the videos and you always look great, but I thought the way you did your hair in this video was especially nice.
I was thinking the same thing ❤️😍

I made the marinade without creole seasoning. It smells so good that I have watering mouth just right after my breakfast.
We love lamb and always have some in the freezer, we usually sear on the stove and finish in the oven. This method looks simpler, maybe we’ll try it with a touch more garlic 🧄 😋👏🏽

To the new subscribers, if she says, "It's so flavorful" IT WILL BE FLAVORFUL!

This was a great video!🔥What else can you use to substitute the cooking wine to deglaze?

Hy girl I love it I am putty good to cook but you're exelente
What cooking wine do u use?
Yum 😋
How sweet does the honey make the meat? I like the recipe but not sweet meat.
Did you mean to say “ 1 1/2 ounces of lamb chops “?
Lamb chopped looked way overdone. Most people eat lamb chops med to med rare. This recipe just keeps them cooking once you've attained a med. sear which would make it way over done for my liking.
I've never had lamb chops. Am I missing out? Can anyone give me a comparison to what meat it's closely mimics?
Think of beef but a lot softer to chew and more tasty! After all it’s a baby sheep!
And yes you’re missing out if you’ve never had lamb or goat meat lol. You’ll have a different perception of meat if you ever try the two I mentioned.
I appreciate the delicious manner in which you prepared these lamb chops. May I have some please? Thank you and God bless you.
Thank you for adding measurements! ❤
