Where I live a very basic supermarket, I have to go 40 miles for good ingredients , even fresh seafood... But on occasion I get there..I love the recipes.......
Chef, where do you live to get juicy oranges? To be that full of juice, they had to be picked ripe off the tree. Or did you soak the orange in liquid like water? You know what, I only have lemons right now, so I'm going to experiment and poke holes into one lemon and let it soak in water to see what happens when I squeeze it later. lol
Looks lovely but I'm a bit nervous about dry frying. I used to do this with salmon and I think it might have been the thing that ruined my previous frying pan.
Disappointing when a good frying pan gets ruined. Do you make sure to only stir your food in the pan with wood or silicon? No metal! (Jamie's constantly stirring with metal - but he probably has the staff and budget to keep replacing pans). It really makes a difference to the life of the pan..
@@Drnaynay Yes, I only used wooden spoon, so l can't think of anything else that might've caused its premature demise other than the dry frying of salmon, though I might be attributing blame wrongly.
@@Lee_yourboylee I gave up with non stick pans because they kept failing, I was told that you shouldn't use them on high heats so now I just use stainless pans bit of a learning curve but it seems to me to give a better sear so more flavour.
