As a Syrian, I was really glad about what you did there in this video 😊. I love mezze platters! A grouping of my favorite foods is so good, plus I always make extra of everything, so I have individual dishes to have as kubch, appetizers, or to combine with other ingredients for new dishes. So good.
It is official. You are a goddess. As a Middle Easterner from the Levant, the land of mezze, I'm very impressed! There were a few non-typical aspects but for the most part this is spot on and really impressive for someone who's not Middle Eastern! You must have done your research!
This all sounds amazing. Especially the dip! I need to go roast some peppers and try this. Question…. I gotta know… where are your overalls and shirt from?! This is the cutest outfit I’ve ever seen!

Oooh, as a Turk, love this 😍😍 I would even say that Turkish people have the principle that everything can become a mezze 🤭 I wouldn't want to seem as a know-it-all, but I thought that I could recommend some other ideas: as salads, I would recommend Çoban salatası - even with roasted eggplants -, Gavurdağı salatası and Kısır, and as a kind of "dip", my mother makes one with grated zucchinis (squeezed), garlic, walnuts and yoghurt (of course could be vegan).
