    more people need to see this guy, i'm sharing the heck out of this. doctors never help you this way. it's either drugs or bed - not great choices

    There are no adequate words for how much this helped me, Nic. Thank you. Just got an Ehlers Danlos/ mast cell diagnosis, and could NOT find the words for the writhing-in-bed misery I go through at night. Not really pain, just agony. Sighing/shaking is much more appropriate and effective than the Gordon Ramsey impersonation. Thank you!

    I got kicked out of Silver Sneakers! Actually, I was in the back row trying to do the things as we were all seated and suppose to raise our arms to stretch or something, I guess I must have looked worse than I realized my struggling silently in the back row would be noticeable! But, I couldn't even handle doing what people who were 30 years and older more than my age! I wasn't kicked out in a bad way, I just needed to go to be doctor and arrange physical therapy at home instead. I need to do this, thank you, I will try this little by little. I do have all the numbness, too hot, sweating, then freezing! I wrote about my diagnosis on another of your videos. Thank you, I really am needing to do something like this where I can do a little, rest, pace myself, hoping this will really help me, along with nutrition protocol, if you can share about nutrition things that would be great, absorbing things better. Thanks!

    Why does the stomach massage give me hot flashes? Also, what are the exercises for the hot flashes, #6 and #7?
