Honestly for once Im glad youtube recommended me something. You are right and Im probably at the low point as well right now. Just non stop entertaining myself, not even living all that healthily. When I felt good about myself I did have somewhat of a routine of going for walks every day, working out, the good stuff. Then I had to write a thesis, all routines went out the window, constant deadline stress and its been really hard to bounce back to that state even tho I have been trying. Probably because I lost almost all of the balanced entertainment I had at that time and what time I spent entertaining myself was always disturbed by the little voice in my head telling me to get back to work stop enjoying yourself. I have never really made actual checklists more of a mental one that I would follow almost daily sometimes giving myself a day break from something and I feel like writing the stuff I wanna do might actually help a lot. When I open instagram or a video I will just think "check the list first". I do think this will help out so thank you in advance. May you be back to your routines soon as well my friend and back to winning we go!

Let's get after it brother! Momentum works both ways. I can identify with you fully. That cloud 9 syndrome of constant entertainment has sunk its teeth into me several times in the past. BUT, our awareness is there. We have our eyes wide open and they are looking ahead at the better days to come. Here is to you, my friend!

Totally agree, I always find myself returning to my routines after leaving them, I need my routines to keep me grounded, without it there's no progression occurring, great video.

You have to forgive yourself for trying to do things on your own. At some point things do become second nature. I think it’s good to have things ingrained to the point where you don’t have to think about them but a checklist what I learned can definitely slow things down for you and show you the bigger picture when there’s a lot going on. It’s definitely a game changer

I appreciate that, brother! It was just time to go back to the basics for me. Have to refocus to find that balance.
