Yes, you are right. Sometimes it is easy and you can just "walk in" but some offices, like the Salvador one, they require pre-registration at the gate of the navy base.
Congratulations on your new boat. I have a 2007 PDQ 41 Powercat, which has some similarities. I think I saw you use a household metal polish, and think you may be better served by using Collonite metal polish, followed up with Collonite metal wax. Best, Maldwin
This is the tip we needed. We were looking for good stuff but in Argentina we could only find Brasso. Will search in Brazil and onwards for Collonite metal polish. Thank you!
@@svLonna You are welcome, but it is important to remember the metal wax as well. That way you won’t have to polish as often, thereby saving your arm and the metal😂
Fun to watch you go through the same places we did on our antares two fish. Hull 44. I liked pivoting the boat before leaving a long fuel dock. Try having the stern attached and the rotate the boat. When rotated a bunch then release. Also lock off the wheel.
0:45 Brazil has no Coast Guard. That's the navy, they do the coast guard job as well.

Looking good y'all!!❤
Thanks!
You fly a kiwi flag? Are you guys from NZ?
Well noticed! We moved to New Zealand 13 years ago.
Not many cats can safely beach like that. Great for hull maintenance.
The fact that we have skegged rudders made us decide to do this beaching.
awesome video! great job on the helm.
Thank you! You made Jackie's day :)
