Lochore Meadows White Wood Bike Park

I am still new to mountain biking and looking to progress my skills. I recently heard about this bike park in Fife and have hit it a few times. It's small but has some fun features that help me to progress. It also has some big boy jumps which I can aspire to. I also learned to play with my bikes suspension settings on different features.
My two boys were curious about the park so I made this video to show them what it's like. I am not experienced enough or qualified to review a bike park, this is my own rambling run through the features.
There is a larger trail network around the bike park, I have not explored those yet.
Watch out for the dog walkers if you go along...

I ain't no bike tech but from what I understand, if you do drops with the shock locked out it's possible that can bend the shims in the shock and you'd need to get it rebuilt. I'm not sure what would happen if the shock is in trail/climb mode though, just thought I'd mention it 👍

Spudvader possibly but I serviced the shock recently and everything was ok inside.
