Great recipe. Just made Keto lemon and chocolate cakes to celebrate hubby's birthday; I always add a pinch of pink salt in my baked goods to enhance flavors. I also add Lupin flour and it takes it over the top. Be well and enjoy!

I made these delicious muffins this afternoon. I didn't have the lemon extract so I doubled the lemon juice. And I made 24 mini muffins for fewer carbs & portion control. They are SOoooo good!! Thanks for the recipe :D

Happy Mother's Day! I had to laugh at the conversation at the end of the video. We just had this conversation last night with my husband, son and daughter-in-law. The men admitted that they only listen to some of what we say- implying, but being way to smart to say that we talk a lot so they tune out periodically. CJ does have the reason/excuse of focusing on production issues.

When life hands you lemons, make Sarah's lemon muffins! These look divine, and they slipped right out of the silicone liners! Could I ask if you sprayed them, Sarah? Can you please do some sweet recipes or bread without almond flour? Unfortunately not everyone can eat nut flours and it makes the keto experience extremely limited (and expensive) when it’s hard to find tested and trustworthy recipes on the net, most of them either don’t work or just don’t taste good.

These sound good! Have y’all tried the Slimfast Keto Fat Bombs in Iced Lemon Drop? They are the same size as the peanut butter cups but lemon so they are light and refreshing. I get mine at Walmart.

Is there a reason to use lemon extract/oil over more of the fresh lemon juice?
The flavor will be more pronounced and less liquid in consistency. 🍋
If you coat your Blueberries with flour before putting them in batter they won't sink to the bottom

The new set up with the black covered table doesn't work for me. Wasn't as smooth or easy on the eyes. I much prefer Sarah doing it as before. You're in a small kitchen and it just seemed too crowded. Sarah didn't seem to be at ease with the new set up. HTH, I do appreciate the videos and all the work.
