Great video guys! I spent 5 years as a Naval Special Warfare Armorer. I’ve seen some guns come and go, but for those that want to know a relatively closer list to what we had on hand(too many to name on YT) There you are:
    Pistols:
    H&K 45 (Suppressed)
Sig P226/228/239 (226 was replaced with Glock)
1911 (rarely used. Mainly for competition)
    Rifles:
    -M4 DD RIS II Uppers
    Colt lowers (mostly)
    -SCAR (Heavy)
-Used to have a modified M1A (no longer used)
    -SCAR 20s
-The .50 cal was actually a McMillan TAC-50
-.300 Win Mag was actually custom built with different company parts
    Machine Guns/Sub Machine/shotgun
    -MK46
    -MK48
    -M240
    -M2HB/M2A1
    -MP5 N/K/SD
    -M500 Mossburg
    -Remington 870 (Breacher)
Never seen the Teams have the Benelli M4.

He is a member of NASA Astronaut Group 22. He went from being an enlisted Hospital Corpsman to BUDS to SEAL TEAM 3 as a sniper, combat medic, navigator and point man in over 100 operations spanning 2 deployment to the Middle East.
He later became an officer after graduating from the University of San Diego in 2012 and then attended medical school at Harvard where he received his M.D. and completed his internship at Harvard Affiliate Emergency Medicine Residency at Massachusetts General.
He reported for duty in August 2017 and completed 2 years of training as an Astronaut Candidate.

It is common for many special forces and elite police units (I know that GIGN definitely do this) to require that their operators have the ability to competently and effectively use almost every modern firearm in existence.
The reasons for this is that in the event that the operators gun fails for whatever reason, they can pick up any gun that a hostile would have and be able to use it just as effectively as their issued weapon. This could be anything from an AK to a handmade SMG to a bolt action rifle, etc, etc.

Chris Kyle's most used rifle was the 300 Win Mag. He said he'd use a 400 Win Mag on occasion and had used a Barret and a 338 Lapua when they came out right before he got out but the 300 Win Mag was his bread and butter and was what he took his longest shot with. He and Marcus Luttrell had very similar weapons setups, they pretty much used whatever the Navy had laying around, sometimes carrying as many as 5 rifles into a situation if they didn't know what they'd need, though typically a Marine ended up being their pack mule :D (well except for when Marcus was doing Direct Action work in the mountains, then they were typically just carrying one or two rifles to keep it as light and quiet as possible.. typically a Mk11 or 12 in 7.62/5.56 respectively and then a Win Mag for long range. Sometimes they'd ditch one for full auto capabilities though because in an extended firefight having the weight of fire is useful for keeping heads down until air support/artillery does it's thing.

Just a few comments on the Seals from an old (VN) LEO (XVIII ABN SPCL Warfare "Skydragon"). In my day, I worked for the old ForcesCommand structure, which pretty much gave me *jurisdiction* over the whole group of what are commonly called today, the "Spec Ops" community, which at the time consisted of pretty much every group you've heard of, a few you probably haven't, and "Delta" which hadn't been created yet. At one time or another I trained with the Seals/UDT (they did their best to drown us ) and we (Airborne,) trained them to 'dive' .. out of perfectly good airplanes:) In my position as a kind of 'collector', I would on occasion, get tasked to apprehend/retrieve those who went 'off the reservation' or otherwise fell afoul of the powers that were. To put it most bluntly, the Seals/UDT guys were NOT the ones that concerned me most back then. Their primary mission scope expanded some years later. They were uniformly disciplined, professional, and clique'ish.
On the other hand, there were these Marine RECON fella's who probably held the unit record for alcohol/ drug imbibement, and just plain LOVED to fight, anybody, anywhere, anytime, and some of em really knew what the hell they were doing :)
    But then,,
there were these jungle animals called the LRRP's and to be frank, they just loved killing people, and were friggin MASTERS of doing just that. I frankly don't remember ANY body I ever worked with who went out into the boonies alone, looking to bring one in. In my, experience, it was best to let em come back in (if they did), wait till they crashed after tying one on, and then take a squad with me to secure the one I wanted. I'm not EVEN kidding here folks.

When I was 17 years old the YMCA offered a class to become a SCUBA diver. I had watched Sea Hunt since I was young and L . Bridges was the actor and many of the episodes were filmed in Santa Monica bay . I made many beach dives during my life and when I met another guy that was also a certified diver made many other dives .
