- ED conducted raids on M3M offices and have seized luxury cars and jewelry work 60 cr. ED has also arrested Roop Bansal on charges of money laundry of 400 cr in conspiracy with IREO group. Since, there are a lot of speculations in the market about the future of M3M group and what will happen to M3M under construction projects. Most of the home buyers are not fully aware about the details of the case.

Certainly agree with the views on customer relationship services with M3M as it's been an constant feedback from our customers as well we think their recruitment are not much competent enough and keeps changing except the management and false commitment through some unprofessional channel partners has been one of the reason why customers today are skeptical about the developer & thus they are in panic mode.

Aap jaise buyers ke saath yehi problem hai aap log TH-cam banane walo par, news article par dependent hote ho. Bhaisaab aapne invest kiya hai toh project site par jao pata karo progress kya hai, kya kaam chal rha hai instead of asking here on TH-cam from someone else.

Both HRERA approved. Capital construction phases are still in full swing whereas there is delay noticed in Crown 111.

Chacha is the biggest broker who promoted this fraud builder.
On his channel, chacha disowns this builder and says he never recommended. Is it true? I've heard customers saying he was recommending his builder's projects on his Telegram groups while maintaining distance on TH-cam.

@@kunalsen2123 i think he is good , from last 2-3 years he is not selling M3M projects (on telegram /whatsapp ) , before that he did sell a few projects , i dont think that is wrong , since at that point of time everything was good with M3M.
Chacha says he has a unit in Solitude Sector 89 and asks people to retain it and give on rent for minimum 32k..Now he disowns this builder..Aaj ke time mein sab paiso ke yaar, kisi ka imaan nhi hai..,buyer bas kismat bharose hai

Your faith in RERA is borderline naive.
I have paid 10% (₹ 27.75 lakh) in M3M crown under 30 30 20 20 plan. BBA done on June 13. But I do not want to continue due to ED action , deception &other issues. Want to cancel and seeking refund after booking deductions of 10% or reasonable charges. But the RE agent is saying that I will get no refund. The unit is being surrendered which will be sold to some other buyer so there will no loss to builder Even the fo even construction has not commenced, How they can forfeit entire payment.
Kindly guide me if there is any scope to miniseries my loss.

Getting a refund from them will be almost impossible. Better to sell in market if any buyers or wait and watch and hope for positive action from Govt as project is RERA registered and over 50% complete. Do not trust RE agent and go through BBA and take legal opinion.

Go to customer care office of M3M. Nd just bcz of news if u r cancelling unit, its illogical. M3M can easily pay 400 crores in one shot, let the clarification come out. Good luck.
