    The biggest fear of every home buyer is delay in possession of flat purchased by them. In recent times a lot of builder have been arrested and have filed for insolvency due to which a project and possession of flat has been delayed. Unfortunately, Buyers are not aware about their rights and options available to them to get their project completed. In this, video I have explained in detail all the options available to a home buyer to get the real estate project completed and get the possession of his flat.
    I have explained the process under RERA in case of delay in possession and process of NCLT in case of builder insolvency process.

    There is Seth Builder in Faridabad, whose project in New Faridabad Sector 89 is still awaited by buyers for 15 years now.Ferrous City is the name of the project.The builder is still roaming scot free, we do not understand when builders like Unitech can be behind bars how can Seth builders evade the law?
    The only reason could be that he may have bought a few buyers to keep him updated about any legal move by the suffering buyers.
    Had high hopes from the Govt to crack down on such builders in Haryana just like CM Yogi did in UP.
    Homebuyers have finally won the case in NCLT but its a long way still to get the flats.The builder is doing his best to derail any progress.
    I wish there is a channel on You Tube which covers stories of all unfinished projects rather how builders have cheated home buyers and robbed their money.
    Putting them behind bars is not the only solution; giving people the homes they paid for asap is the only solution.
    I sincerely wish this too becomes a point in consideration for the next election in Haryana.

    Super tech started project in 2012 . Orb project is not registered under Rera. Now insolvency declared.
    What should buyers do in such cases? Suggest solution for middle class people.

    Sir agar under construction building ke browsers pe Jo structure dikhaya hy usmey total 8 wing hy but rera or agriment mey only 5 wing mention ho to kya karna chahiye
