Being a sufferer of amrapali, I can say that u have missed some points: 1. The whole problem started during 2009-10 when Mayawati govt introduced a scheme for builders. In this scheme payment to the authority was to be made @10% p.a.for 10 years, the crook Anil Sharma diacounted this scheme and launched so many projects at once. 2. Dhoni was hand in glove with Sharma, without any formal agreement he became brand ambassdor and minted crores of rupees. His friend's company(i guess Rhiti Sports) manages him. 3. He sold flats @1 to many celebrities, Harbhajan was one of them(he had flat in my tower) , he sold flats in barter(media houses etc.) 4. Politicians money was involved which was withdrawn from the group during elections. 5. BJP govt.did nothing, yes nothing except for meeting us once in a blue moon. 6. It was SC which took our case on humatarian ground, they are our savior. 7. (Not sure about this) talks were that BoB was asked by Anil Sharma to go to NCLT, IBC law ka sahi istemal is chor ne kiya.

I went today to visit Adarsh aawas NBCC today. There was not a single labour working. The guard said they doesn’t have funds that is why they asked all the labourers to leave for the time being. I was interested to buy but not sure if this will be a good decision or not. The rate is very attractive as per the location

Apex and sports City project are very low density and premium one. if you look at casting thikness of floor ..get better idea.. Apex 26 floors is Fully Mivan with wall thinkness 8-10 inches where as Varona height 34-36 with wall thickness 6 inches and only side structure is Mivan.. with 8000 approx flat..Apex 3.7 acer 550 flats So I believe Varona height is costly and you don't know when they deliver 2026-2028

One of the person is reselling property in society. Person is owning property with all the valid papers including registry etc. As I didnt heard anything wrong against the property with amrapali in indore, what should I do. Please suggest.
As it is ready to move project and registry is also done then the only thing you need to check is the construction quality and if you are fine with it then there is no issue in buying the property

Officials of NBCC and the respected Court Receiver appointed for the Amrapali project are also human beings. Whosoever finds an opportunity to earn money either way, will forget the conditions of the victims. The connivance can not be completely ruled out. In fact, nobody bothers for the hard earned money lost by the poor investors, be it NBCC or somebody else. Our hard luck! Even the Honourable Supreme Court appears to be helpless, in some cases. It is May 2024 now. What is the present status of the projects, God knows.
