    Being a sufferer of amrapali, I can say that u have missed some points:
    1. The whole problem started during 2009-10 when Mayawati govt introduced a scheme for builders. In this scheme payment to the authority was to be made @10% p.a.for 10 years, the crook Anil Sharma diacounted this scheme and launched so many projects at once.
    2. Dhoni was hand in glove with Sharma, without any formal agreement he became brand ambassdor and minted crores of rupees. His friend's company(i guess Rhiti Sports) manages him.
    3. He sold flats @1 to many celebrities, Harbhajan was one of them(he had flat in my tower) , he sold flats in barter(media houses etc.)
    4. Politicians money was involved which was withdrawn from the group during elections.
    5. BJP govt.did nothing, yes nothing except for meeting us once in a blue moon.
    6. It was SC which took our case on humatarian ground, they are our savior.
    7. (Not sure about this) talks were that BoB was asked by Anil Sharma to go to NCLT, IBC law ka sahi istemal is chor ne kiya.

      ​@@rahularora1553paper wise it is safe because everything is in monitoring of Court receiver appointed by Hon Supreme Court, the only issue u might face is of quality of construction. Location wise it is very good

    Amrapali rise and fall is great example of nexus between builders greed and Noida, greater Noida authority's corruption under the protection of then UP govt. Thank God that we Indians have Hon'ble supreme court for justice

    Very nicely explained, but in my view investment in these projects are quite safe,work in all incompleted projects is going on withb speed and more imp look price difference for example Verona heights is available at rate ₹4300 as against ₹6500 of Apex alphabet just opposite to it so it is good time to invest in these projects, moreover Supreme court mobitoring is imp tool of protection

      Apex and sports City project are very low density and premium one. if you look at casting thikness of floor ..get better idea.. Apex 26 floors is Fully Mivan with wall thinkness 8-10 inches where as Varona height 34-36 with wall thickness 6 inches and only side structure is Mivan.. with 8000 approx flat..Apex 3.7 acer 550 flats
      So I believe Varona height is costly and you don't know when they deliver 2026-2028

I am sure you are a broker for these two flats .. well both the builders using low quality MIVAN .. for common people Amrapali projects are good for investment .. check the Amrapali enchante project made fully of MIVAN ..

    Thank you sir for sharing but buyers or aam janta ki help government bhi to nhi karty h kisi vajh se bar bar asa ho raha h .builder or government mili rahty h or janta ko loothy rahty h. Many 2015 me Amarpali dream valley me flat liya tha 90% payment kar diya h.NBCC ne rate or jayda kar diya or milyga kab pata nhi. Government ne or builder ne dono khub logo ko lutta h bhut se log to itny bada dhoka bardash bhi nhi kar saky mar gay h 😢😌

    Currently Amrapali projects are selling like anything. Everyday inventories are getting sold. Would you say its still risky? They have said by 2024 June they will deliver their projects. And construction is going on in full swing 24*7.

      I went today to visit Adarsh aawas NBCC today. There was not a single labour working. The guard said they doesn’t have funds that is why they asked all the labourers to leave for the time being. I was interested to buy but not sure if this will be a good decision or not. The rate is very attractive as per the location

    Very well explained the matter. Just wanted to confirm with you as you have better knowledge around this. Is there any risk in buying property in Amrapali society in Indore. One of the person is reselling property in society. Person is owning property with all the valid papers including registry etc. As I didnt heard anything wrong against the property with amrapali in indore, what should I do. Please suggest.

      As it is ready to move project and registry is also done then the only thing you need to check is the construction quality and if you are fine with it then there is no issue in buying the property

      @@flatsandkeys Correctly saying. The only concern I am seeing here, that currently court has ordered 3rd party pvt company to sell the remaining plot. But in that case, property such as in Indore which does not have any dispute, who will develop that society. If you can guide pls.

    Please please let me know, is there any risk in future buying Supertech resale flat where only possession will be provided but registery is not available.
    I'm planning to buy flat there because these flats are around 25% cheaper than others who lies in the same locality.??

    The brand ambassadors should also be equally punished as they act as ambassadors without knowing the pros and cons of the companies which they are representing.
    Dhoni is shameless in asking payments from the Amrapali group as he was indirectly linked with the fraud.
    I lost my hard earned money in Amrapali and it has devastated me. I curse M S Dhoni and others who were hand in glove with Anil Sharma, to suffer the same fate.Dhoni is a crook.

    Officials of NBCC and the respected Court Receiver appointed for the Amrapali project are also human beings. Whosoever finds an opportunity to earn money either way, will forget the conditions of the victims. The connivance can not be completely ruled out. In fact, nobody bothers for the hard earned money lost by the poor investors, be it NBCC or somebody else. Our hard luck! Even the Honourable Supreme Court appears to be helpless, in some cases. It is May 2024 now. What is the present status of the projects, God knows.

      u booked at end of the possesion. quality is not good. kingswood ke back side per multiple time merdwe ho chuka hai. news me dekhlo. khatarnak area hai
